A secluded villa with everything you need but it's also close enough (5 minutes walking) to supermarket, bars and restaurants)

Great place. Lovely sized rooms with high ceilings feel spacious. Great pool and far enough out of town to be quiet, but near enough (10-15mins) away from bars, restaurants and supermarket is even nearer.

Lovely villa in a beautiful garden full of flowers and trees (olives, figs, pomegranate and dates growing all around the villa! ). Beautiful sea views from the balconies.
Whoever is responsible for cleaning the villa could do a better job. The villa was in need of a bit more of a tidy when we arrived — nothing major just not quite up to scratch.
Rooms are all a good size with aircon throughout — ensuite facilities were great.
Outside BBQ was really good. The kitchen could've done with a bit more equipment to make it easier to cater for 8 people but this was only a minor gripe — another shelf for the oven would definitely help!
The owner was delightful — he appeared every couple of days to check that we were happy. He offered advice on places nearby to visit too which was really helpful.
Swimming pool is a great size & was regularly cleaned. Another review on James Villa's website mentions that the pool was green during their visit — it remained clean for the duration of our stay but some of our swimwear was left with a slight green stain after using the pool. Might be worth the owner revisiting the company used for pool maintenance perhaps.
The villa is perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip so was really peaceful but close enough to walk to all the bars and restaurants with ease (ten minute walk).
