Hills View Villa

Highly recommended. Amazing location with amazing views. Spacious and modern, fully equipped and the hot tub is just what you need in order to relax and enjoy the view.

After years of waiting to book a holiday due to covid restrictions, this trip meant a lot to all of us, therefore, more than ever, it was hard to take the utter disappointment we experienced time and time again during our 2 week stay. This villa is described as ‘luxury’, when in fact it is absolutely the opposite. Below are the numerous issues we encountered from the moment we arrived to the moment we left — We requested a welcome pack, asking to include — tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, a bottle of wine and a few beers. Upon arrival, at 11:30pm we found one bottle of milk and some butter in the fridge. None of the other requested items. — On the first day we found shards of glass scattered around the pool. When queried, this was apparently due to previous guests smashing a table. As compensation we were given the use of the hot tub free of charge. — Two of our children then used the hot tub the following day, this resulted in both children displaying a bacterial rash (see attached photos) that lasted for the remainder of the holiday. Additionally, the same children were then diagnosed with ear infections after complaining of ear pain, a trip to the medical centre in Paphos confirmed this. (See receipt for treatment attached). This was reported to the manager of the property, who proceeded to do the bare minimum to rectify the issues with the hot tub. Needless to say we didn’t use it again. The irony being the day we were leaving, the Hot Tub was emptied and cleaned!
