Lovely hotel. Attentive dining staff. Alina and Anju were friendly and helpful.
Rooms have all you need. Hairdryer. T. V. Coffee maker. Kettle. Mini bar restocked daily. Shower gel conditioner shampoo all toiletries supplied.
Clean and tidy around pool area. Plenty of sun loungers all with parasols. Pool sun loungers all taken by 7.30am so if you want one you will have to get up early.
Pool ok. A bit small if hotel at full capacity. Pool not the cleanest. Only cleaned once in two weeks. Not seen any testing being done. Helpful lifeguards. Daily towels at poolside.
Pool waiting staff have a large area to cover and drinks sometimes get delivered to the wrong person or they can miss you out on oders.
Evening entertainment is ok. Singers are a bit hit and miss. But then I can't sing so who am I to judge!
Overall clean tidy. Food was varied and well prepared.
Mosquitoes… yep they are here. Seem to have gotten worse in the last few days. Take precautions even on the balconies of your rooms.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive to every request, making our stay truly enjoyable.
Everything was excellent from the facilities to the relaxing atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the spa and the sauna.
As a small suggestion, it would be wonderful if the hammam could include a eucalyptus or mint aroma, as this would make the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.
We would also appreciate the possibility of adding water to the sauna stones, perhaps with aromatic infusions, to create a more authentic sauna experience.

Currently day 4 out of 7 and I have to say — I have never experienced anything like this ever. This hotel has exceeded our expectations by miles in every single way.
Each and every one of the staff work SO incredibly hard to make sure everyone is happy, delivering the best service possible. They’re all so friendly and will go out of their way for you. The staff around the pool will ensure that your drinks are not empty for long and will come and take your order and then deliver your drinks in a couple of minutes! The loungers at the pool are very comfortable and there’s always plenty of loungers available (even if you enjoy a lie in) however if you want a lounger right at the pool you’ll need to be there from 8am to reserve. I will say there is no bad place around here.

As someone who is quite fussy with food, there are still plenty of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet and then you have a snack bar by the pool which if you are all inclusive everything is free. Burgers, wraps etc with fries and the food there is delicious.
With all inclusive, there are plenty of cocktails and alcohol to choose from. Also smoothies, milkshakes, iced coffee etc.
The bed is extremely comfortable and large, the aircon is lovely. They clean your room to a high standard everyday and fill your mini fridge with apple/orange juice, soft drinks, beers.

This hotel exceeds my expectations on every visit, most of the staff this year were the same as last year (which is a rarity). The staff are happy to accommodate any requests and do so without any unnecessary fuss or drama. The restaurant is a visual delight with food cooked and presented to perfection, nothing is too much trouble the atmosphere is calm creating the perfect environment for a peaceful and relaxed experience every meal time.
The rooms are well equipped and very well tended. Fresh towels are provided daily both in the rooms and pool side.

This hotel was the best hotel i’ve ever stayed in. I rarely ever leave reviews but I felt like this is well deserved. I will now always recommend this place and we will be back in the future.
The food was amazing (especially the hash browns) there was so much to choose from every day and the same with the drinks. You’re able to order cocktails that aren’t on the menu which was nice. Our room was great, it was a nice size and the bed was comfy and came with a mini fridge which was restocked daily. The pool was a good size and was right next to the bar, lots of sun beds however ones right by the pool do get taken early but this is the case with most hotels.
The biggest mention is all of the staff. We could pick and choose names but we agreed that everyone had been amazing, we had so much help and they were always there offering drinks and tidying plates & cups. Reception was 24/7 and so helpful, they had helped us get an hire car and a courtesy room to shower in before we got our evening transfer. Every single member of staff at this hotel deserves so much praise, they are all lovely.
The only thing I can’t comment on is the entertainment. We didn’t go but could sometimes hear the singers whilst we was sat outside, I think it was all live music which was nice and I think it seemed like a calmer atmosphere rather than those loud everyone drinking sort of entertainment so this all depends on preference.

Located near Coral Bay at 40 minutes from Paphos Airport, Cali offers you an amazing place to spend few days out of the world.
The staff is really nice, professional and cheerful.
The rooms are nice and in a good size for a long stay (better to have the pool view side). A lot of hangers, so rare now in hotels!
The food could be improved with some more varieties in terms of salads.
The pool is very nice, clean and fresh enough to enjoy it after a sunbath.
Will be happy to be back soon!

The hotel rooms are amazing, clean, and very welcoming. However, the service was not very pleasant. We had an issue in the dining room when we arrived half an hour before closing time, and the staff already started packing everything up around us. In addition, when we asked for ice, the employee did bring it to us, but in an unpleasant manner he said that it was not okay for us to still be sitting in the dining room, even though there were still 15 minutes left before the official closing time. It’s important to mention that the dining room was still open at that time.
(I don’t know the employee’s name, but he was Indian. )
There isn’t a huge variety of food in the dining room, but the food itself looks good and tastes great.
The pool is amazing, the quiet atmosphere is addictive and relaxing, and overall the hotel is excellent, very clean, and well organized. The only thing that really needs improvement is the service.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but in our opinion it does not fully feel like a 5-star hotel as many reviews suggest.
The hotel was very clean, the staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with many choices. However, some parts of the hotel still seem to be from the older building (before the renovation). For example, the room doors and aluminium window frames appear to be the old ones, which resulted in poor sound insulation in the room.
The location is subjective and depends on what you want to do during your stay, as the hotel is about 20 minutes from the center of Paphos.
Overall rating: 8/10.

The Cali Resort & Spa in Cyprus offers a pleasant stay with a well-maintained hotel area and a varied, good-quality buffet.
The grounds are beautifully designed, creating a relaxed atmosphere throughout the resort.
Only the fitness studio feels somewhat basic and could use a bit more modern equipment to match the overall standard of the hotel.
The Cali Spa, on the other hand, is a real highlight.
The facilities are clean and calming, and the team is professional and welcoming.
I especially recommend a treatment with Taxia – her 70-minute massage was both intensive and deeply relaxing, leaving the body noticeably lighter and tension-free.
A great experience and the perfect way to finish the stay.

If you're looking for a relaxing, adult only hotel where the food is delicious, the cocktails amazing and the staff are incredible then I highly recommend this place. We were here on an all inclusive package at the beginning of November and the weather was a nice 25 degrees. The beach is about a ten minute walk away.
They don't blast music from the speakers around by the pool during the day. It is really chilled out. There is different entertainment about 4 nights a week and the rest of the time you are left to your own devices which is a good balance. Very good quality entertainment and quite mellow — a couple of singers, a piano player, a violinist etc. We paid to upgrade to a sea view which I would 100% recommend because you can then watch the entertainers from your balcony.
Every single member of staff is incredible and always paying attention. A special mention to Seeta who needs a pay rise or bonus or something because she was so attentive and knew what we were drinking better than we did!. The cocktails are so delicious and made with branded spirits.
Highly recommended if relaxing is your thing. Not recommended if you're rowdy or looking for a party. Will be visiting more of the Louis hotel chain.

The hotel is beautifully appointed especially in the public areas. The rooms had everything in you would need. Bathrooms quite small but very clean with toiletries and vanity items. The balcony is also small but had a table and chairs. The buffet food was average, it’s the same old with cooking things ahead and keeping it warm but had a large selection at all meal times. The pool restaurant for lunch was tasty, freshly cooked food with great selection of cocktails, smoothies and other thirst quenchers. The Japanese meal which was in the pool restaurant on an evening was also very nice. Freshly cooked and quite delicious. The pool area was spotlessly clean with comfy loungers, life guard, lounger service. The staff are really helpful and friendly. We had a late flight so we stayed around the pool after we had checked out and was provided with a curtesy room to get showered and changed in before we left. As we were all inclusive we were advised we could still eat and drink despite officially checking out. It’s also close to the other bars and restaurants in Coral Bay, just a few minutes walk.

We spent 10 nights at this beautiful hotel and we can’t fault it. The all inclusive was superb, with a wide choice of drinks and the bar staff will make you pretty much anything you want. The food was great, especially the Japanese restaurant. The hotel staff work all around the clock and every part of the hotel was clean and smelt like a spa! It was our first time in Cyprus and we feel lucky to have chosen such a fantastic hotel. Thank you Cali Resort, we will be sure to come back soon.

We stayed at Cali Resort and Spa to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, and overall, it was a truly memorable experience!
Let’s start with the positives. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — from the elegant décor and themed wallpapers to the stylish lobby furniture and sophisticated restaurant interiors. It’s modern, luxurious, and full of character.
We went all-inclusive, and oh my goodness — all-inclusive it really was! The food was exceptional: top-quality breakfasts, delicious lunches, and posh dinners. There were dishes from all over the world, freshly prepared and beautifully presented. As a vegetarian, I usually struggle to find enough variety, but here I was spoiled for choice — I genuinely wanted to try everything!
The staff in the restaurants, bars, pool area, housekeeping, spa, and reception were outstanding. Every single person we met was polite, attentive, and professional — true 5-star service throughout.
Now, the spa deserves a special mention. I had the best 70-minute deep tissue massage with Panos — genuinely one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I’m half-tempted to fly back to Cyprus every week just so he can fix my back after my weight training sessions.
That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The gym needs an update — there isn’t even one mirror, and the gym and Pilates mats are quite worn out, leaving blue bits on the floor (and on your skin!

The hotel is really nice, the staff were very hospitable with a relaxed atmosphere. We went in late October and the weather was amazing and hotel wasn’t crazy busy. The room size is great and we often (when we could) try and catch sunset from our balcony. The local beach is about 5 mins walk with a strip near entertaining holiday makers. The hotel also were able to pair us up with a hire car which was excellent and not crazy expensive. We went for a couple massage with Taxia and Panos which was so relaxing — I thoroughly recommend. This is my first time in Cyprus and will come back as I found it peaceful and relaxing. ☺️

Stayed for 1 week, overall a Good option for a chilled holiday. Food options plenty for 1 week, staff super helpful every time we needed something. Pool and loungers plenty to go around and pool area is immaculate. Only criticism is the choice of drinks very limited compared to other Tui adults only Hotels we have stayed at and unfortunately the noise from the bar opposite can be heard depending on your room. Lots of cats about, however none bothered anyone and they were happy to just sit and keep out of the sun most of the day. Lots of bars within walking distance, gym plenty of kit and space.

Hotel — rooms are spacious, the view from balcony is amazing. Elevator comes fast, shower is nice with no issues. Bed is super comfy.
Would 100% come back to this hotel. The gorgeous cats are clearly looked after here which is amazing. The staff are happy, friendly and very helpful.

This is hands down the best hotel I have stayed in EVER! You can tell the hotel is run by folks who take guest experience very seriously. From check-in to check-out, it was a 10/10 experience. The amenities and facilities are top-tier! The pools are beautiful! The poolside bar has excellent drinks! My flight was at 11pm, so I had booked a day of excursions after check out. They offered me a courtesy room to shower after getting back. The staff are super friendly, happy, and very quick to help!
