A 5-star hotel on the beach in Paphos, although the hotel is 22 years old, it maintains a good level of maintenance and a high level of service from the hotel staff. Score 9.
The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need, you get a cleaning service twice a day, the only drawback is the very weak water flow in the bathroom. Score 8.5
The dining rooms with a good and tasty variety of food, both the rich breakfast and the delicious dinner, score 9.
The spa is pleasant with an indoor indoor pool, a hot jacuzzi and a wet and dry sauna, the gym is very sophisticated, the spa is open from 7:00 a. M. To 7:00 p. M. :00, score 9.
The pools are very pleasant and are divided into several pools with a comfortable and well-kept seating area, the level of service of the pool workers in arranging the chairs is excellent and they deserve great appreciation for the welcoming service, score 10.
Around the pools there is a large complex of lawns and a descent to the closed lagoon bay of the sea with a seating area over the bay. Score 9.
In summary, an excellent hotel with a very high level of service, suitable for both couples and families with children.

Just not enough and I don’t understand the positive comments of others.
The quality of the breakfast can be much better, especially when they claim it to be the best breakfast in the area (for example sparkling water is not included but sparkling wine is, hair in the food (can happen but…), not so much variety and mostly English breakfast and also seems more like a 50-50 choice between food and dessert), long waiting times to get coffee).
If you love these big resorts and typical related tourists, this is the place to be. And yes, this includes other guests reserving beds at the pool with towels. Also noisy other guests ruined often the peace.
Very small room and for a 5 star hotel everything is quite basic. I would rate it as a good 4 star hotel.
Staff is so so, they try to be friendly but it is just not enough. You are more treated as a number and personalised service is absent (for example when booking services via phone, they addressed me by the name of the previous guest).
Seems like the staff needs to pay the water bottles themselves, in a country with high temperatures and in a 5 star hotel, this is essential and should be limitless.
Spa prices are out of this world and just embarrassing.
All in all, value for money was completely out of balance. We will definitely not come back. Waste of money unfortunately.

Were just home from a week here! Its a fabulous hotel, the stay was amazing. The staff can't do enough for you! Rooms are spacious & spotless clean & air conditioned! Food, out of this world, thee best omelettes served daily at breakfast along with a huge variety of other foods & evening meals had lots to choose from too! We will definitely be back.
