Lovely villa! Lovely facilities. Looks like the place has been recently renovated. Comfy beds, lovely pool, really good air conditioning. Gates driveway and feels secure. Decent hot water, fabulous location. We met the owner and he was very friendly. Sleeps 6 people easily. No negatives about this place. Would highly recommend.
The villa is situated in a lovely quiet location between Latchi and Neo Chorizo. The gate leading into the villa grounds is inviting and reassuring. Ample space once you drive through for parking for more than one car / van.
Stepping into the villa reveals a large open plan living space. Large sofas and a TV that has a satisfying range of streaming services for the visitor (even catch up TV for any Brits).
The "huge kitchen" area is has a large family size table which still leaves loads of kitchen space. Large cupboards surround the edge and the owner has supplied a generous amount of cutlery, crockery, etc. A welcome water cooler sits alongside a large fridge with an ample freezer section.
The dishwasher was a welcome appliance along with the washing machine in he adjoining utility room.
A washing line is provided in the beautiful rear garden which has a large range of fruit trees ranging from pomegranate to grapefruit as well as an olive tree!
For those who want to fully immerse themselves into the Cypriot experience, a fully integrated brick barbecue is in the garden.
The pool is regularly maintained and is surrounded by foliage and lawn with a covered villa area alongside for those weary of sunburn!
If you are fortunate enough to meet the owner you'll quickly pick up on his desire to make sure that you have an enjoyable stay!
