Esprit Villa 21

Stayed here in September 2025, just 2 of us via Jet2villas. Good view, comfy sofa, well appointed kitchen, has everything you need as well as a semi stocked fridge on arrival. Pool is clean and cool, which is nice at this time of year when the sun is still fierce. Latchi harbour is a 5 min drive down the hill, there's a nice food/tavern 5 mins walk up the hill. I've knocked a star off for location only, this is due to needing a car for any real expeditions. With a car, location is 5*. Free parking for the hire car. Air con throughout. Didn't need service but there is a handy folder to explain rules/how to use appliances, etc. Lots of TNR cats/kittens around — there is a sign saying don't feed them or let them in the house, they seem to understand this though so we had no issues. They were very cuddly and playful whenever we sat on the veranda. If anything, they enhanced our stay here.

Spent last week of October here, lovely clean villa, great location very peaceful and only a five minute drive to Latchi harbour which was lovely. Only down side was the pool was freezing! Colder than the sea!

Villa was lovely. Comfortable inside. Outside needs a bit of update. No light in the pool so could not do night swim. The sun lounges were all very old and ripped. The outside shower was blocked and kept curdling and it smelled.
Next door villa had workmen in so we had very noisy 3 days which we weren't happy with and ruined the stay.
I think it's to pricey for what it is. Recommend to not visit in May as there is massive amount of little flies and mosquitoes…
