We were renting Villa Sandy for three consecutive years from 2021-2024 paying Euro 4, 500 per week plus electricity. I am trying for the last two years to communicate with the owner who simply ignores my text messages and does not have the decency to reply if there is availability to a client who paid him Euro 13, 500. Please think double choosing Akamas Turtle Villas. The most important issue is not the place but the respect!
LACK OF RESPECT & PROFESSIONALISM RUINS WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT STAY!
We rented Akamas Turtle Villas for three consecutive summers and paid several thousands in total. The villas are genuinely beautiful and the location is perfect — no complaints at all about the property. However, the host’s behavior is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Communication is poor and perhaps intentionally slow, inconsistent and totally disrespectful. After being a loyal returning guest for three summers and paying substantial amounts, I expected at least basic professionalism, respect and timely responses. Unfortunately the host’s attitude and lack of respect make the experience frustrating and very disappointing.
I would strongly advise future guests to think carefully and avoid hosts who treat loyal clients this way. Professionalism and respect matter just as much as the property itself.

We have chosen Sandy Villa for three consecutive years for our summer holidays, visiting together with four other families of close friends.
Our experience with the host was not as pleasant as we had hoped. Communication was often slow and sometimes unclear, which made organizing certain details more difficult than necessary. Unfortunately, we also did not feel welcomed or encouraged to return, since our messages inquiring to book were completely ignored and disregarded. After paying 5k for a week's stay, it was astonishing that we were required to pay on top 150e for the use of electricity. This attitude is completely unprofessional and disrespectful towards us. Never returning back.
