Not a 5 star hotel. Terrible buffet food and alcoholic drinks. A la carte restaurants are good.
We had a really great family vacation. We only stayed one night but we had a lovely time. The staff was particularly helpful and friendly. The amenities were also great. The kids loved the water park. Overall a great stay.

My daughter, son-in-law and grandson have just come back from this hotel and I can honesty say " we had a fabulous time". The hotel itself is really well looked after, the rooms are spacious and well presented. The food is beautiful. The Al acarte options are great and the green grill restaurant is my favourite yet. The staff are so warm and welcoming. They are approachable and super helpful. Nothing is a problem. The kids club, arts and entertainment are well planned and the staff within the kids club are amazing with the little ones.
We were given a free massages sample which was lovely but we didn't make a booking due to finding the time.
The gym was exactly what anyone would need to keep up a fitness routine while on holiday but could have done with being open slightly earlier than 8am for us fitness freaks who start a session very early.
The pools were fab too. Plenty of pool activities for the kids and adults.
It did prove difficult in the morning to be out getting a sun lounger early as the rules are. Nobody is to put the towels out until 8am on the dot. 😅.
All in all a fabulous hotel. Well run and I would love to visit again in the near future. Xx.
