We are very happy with our 2 weeks here. Yes, the buildings are not in the best of state and having a car is a must, but the rooms are spacious and the kitchen well equipped and the view is amazing. Also the swimming pool is very clean and we had a great time there.

A nice secret… the place was very quiet 5km out of paphos. Staff great pool and area clean and well kept. Rooms are clean, aged a bit but perfectly serviceable. The view over the bay especially at night are breathtaking. We thought it very good value.

Avoid. This hotel does NOT have an indoor pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, bars, or restaurant as advertised across most booking agents. According to the two members of staff that run this whole complex — they've been closed since beginning of COVID and never reopened. Our booking agent (lastminute) couldn't get an answer from them to confirm this to be the case, luckily I took pics of all the closed (yet advertised) areas, but are now looking to remove the hotel from their searches.

If you’re a single parent or have a high expectation of having a break. Please avoid at all costs! First of all this resort is in the hills so unless you are hiring a car, you will be stranded most definitely! There are no pavements on the road leading to the hotel.
So makes it quite hard to commute to bus routes etc. Also there are no street lights on the road at night times. The play area is not safe for children, the flooring which is supposed to be bouncy to protect them from falls has become rock hard in the sun. The climbing frame could do with sanding down and a fresh lick of paint. The swings have metal chains which in the heat are scolding hot for little hands.
The gym, the “leisure facilities”, I’m so sorry to say looks very much like something that would be found in a prison. I really don’t like to put down a business but honestly there is no effort in this place. Mind you the corridor leading to the gym is pitch black and the lights don’t work. The indoor pool: well let’s just say they got the indoor part right, if 10cm depth of water full of dirt is what you can call a pool then Kudos to you. Actually disappointed and quite sad to see the condition of this resort as it has great potential.

Great hotel stayed here for a week it was amazing experience only down side is it's located on a side so if u have a car it's great otherwise you have to use a taxi service as it's bit far to travel by walk to shops or anywhere else. Great staff great service nice and big swimming pool, we used it almost everyday different times nice and clean no smell or anything loads of sunbeds with umbrellas. A wee shop you can buy snacks etc.

Good value for money, good breakfast and average rooms, need renovation but you pay what you get. However I had very bad experience with a reception guy who was extremely rude and unhelpful, I forgot my charger in the room, called after a few hours and somehow there was no charger found, I’m super disappointed with their after service and overall handling of the issue. Will never go there again and will not recommend it to anyone!

Good bits — Nice maintained gardens. Main pool area is nice however view of a massive hotel in the distance has ruined it abit sadly. Restaurant food good. Lobby and reception comfortable. Apartment rooms adequate and comfortable. Wine and fruit in room. Bad bits — Some male staff rude and disrespectful. No aircon in apartments from what I can gather? Blood on bedsheets. No tea or coffee supplements provided in apartment rooms apparently even though on half board and all inclusive drinks package?! Disappointing. Hotel supermarket not open in low season so cannot purchase basics like water, milk, coffee or snacks. 2nd outside pool in terrible need of repair and maintenance. Cats allowed in the lobby and reception taking up seating and some are very vicious! Beware unless you want a tetanus jab. Drinks package low season not worth it as hunting for staff on the bar in between meals to serve has been difficult and then it’s like you’ve asked them to do a task they cannot be bothered to. A guy made a coffee for me and couldn’t even be bothered to wait for the machine to inject the coffee so I ended up with just milk and he threw the disposable cup on the bar and walked off. Rude and unnecessary! I would say he was having a bad day but it appears I’m not the only person who’s had an issue with this guy and the service. Sad! Overall I wouldn’t come back based on thetreatment I received from certain male staff during the stay, Sorry.

We left the hotel on last week after a break with my family. The staff are polite and kind. The pool area is clean and the food is fantastic. Several staff members stood out to us. Alex, Gabriel, George and Andreas. The rooms were a bit outdated but it wasn’t a problem. We loved the idea of themed meals from different countries for our evening meal. The cats were amazing and so gentle too. The entertainment could involve people more especially during the day. We played several games and had so much fun. If we decide to come back to Cyprus, nothing will stop us from going back to the hotel. Unfortunately on our first day, another visitor had slipped and badly injured herself. The disappointing part was nothing was placed to say that area was slippy and several people including myself slipped on the area. All it needed is power washing or a sign. Overall great holiday. Gardens are not looked after and buildings are cracked, paint peeling and in a great need of repair.

Location and surroundings are good. Food adequate. Staff very friendly and always eager to help. The Hotel itself is a bit tired and in need of a bit of tlc, especially the bathrooms. But, clean and comfortable.

This resort is amazing, where the hotel is located it is so quite and you are just a short walk to the local shops and restaurants, only an approximate 20 minutes walk to the harbour or a five minute taxi fare to the harbour and the hotels taxi driver is lovely too and will try and fit in with your arrangements. The hotel is really clean, the staff are so friendly, and the food is out of this world. This is my second stay here and l feel that it is home from home and have already booked up for next year too. L certainly recommend this resort with 5 stars.

Terrible, we booked for a ten day all inclusive apartment. Arrived first night and booked into another hotel next day. The apartment was not even within the complex. It was on a Main Street with public access at all times. There were also multiple air bnb’s within the same block. Photos and videos to prove this. No on-site supermarket at advertised. Pool was disgusting, we did get moved into the hotel until the transfer to alternative hotel was completed — hotel rooms extremely dated. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Food is stunning, lovely pools and spacious rooms, friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere x.

Lovely hotel & staff needs a little TLC in places Entertainment could be better and a later bar.

Great family hotel not luxury but a good family hotel amazing staff home from home love it her.

2 bedroom apartments are huge, clean and towels changed regularly. Food always plentiful and tastes ok. All inclusive drinks weak for first few days but seemed to get stronger as the week went on. Disappointed no entertainment during the day despite it being advertised and evening entertainment only ok but plenty people to chat too. Pools get very busy but always managed to get a bed at one of the pools. Short walk to beach and approx 20 mins walk into harbour and town area.
