Villa is comfortable for 8 adults. We missed blankets and basics such as toilet paper, washing tablets, oil, sugar.
This was by far the worst experience we ever had with a host or a stay. We had a bad feeling about this stay from the beginning, as the host was very late in responding to our messages about the check in instructions.
When we arrived to the accommodation it was very cold in there only 13ﾟC so we needed to turn on the air conditioner which was unfortunately not working. We contacted the host and she told us that AC is an additional charge but there was no information about it on their listing and neither did they mention it before our arrival. They claimed that the ACs were supposed to be working only in the bedrooms and not in the living room/dining/kitchen area which was on the bottom floor. We didn't have a problem paying additional 12eur per day for it but the fact that they didn't even inform us about it before our arrival nor it was mentioned anywhere before or after booking was a huge shock for us, how could they have supposed that somebody would be alright to live in 13 degrees especially when paying for an expensive villa. We also contacted Booking about the issue and they agreed that we should not be charged for this since it was not mentioned anywhere on the listing. So we didn't end up paying the additional charge for it and they turned on the AC for us. Little did we know this was just the beginning of our problems here.
