A deposit of 300.00 EUR per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.
AC in bedrooms is EUR 6.00 per unit per day and in the living room (central unit) is EUR 22.00 per day.
The damage deposit will be proceeded 1-day prior arrival by JCC smart. The deposit will be used in the event of any damages left at the villa during your stay or in case extensive cleaning is required. We therefore kindly ask you to leave the villa in a tidy and presentable condition during your stay and upon departure and without breakages, to avoid extra expenses from your side. This amount will be returned back to the cardholder after the departure check is done provided there are no damages at the villa and there is no need for excessive cleaning.
