Really enjoyed our time at this hotel! Staff very friendly & helpful. Room very clean & adequate. Food good & plenty of it. Had a great time! We'l'll be BACK!

Lovely friendly hotel, hard working bar and restaurant staff. Our experience was spoilt by rock hard mattresses, so request toppers asap. Also poor housekeeping. We had to request towels, bedding change (took 11 days), toilet paper and soap dispenser filling. Towels are supposed to be changed every 2 days at this hotel apparently. After speaking to reception 5 times, with some very rude responses we eventually got the towels changed after 5 days. It then took a further 6 days to get them changed again, even after we had a flood in the bathroom where we had to use them to mop up. Housekeeping just dried them over the balcony, then put them back absolutely filthy! Such a shame because we really liked the hotel and the vicinity.

Rooms are pleasant enough but a little dated. Dinner lots of choice but breakfast was poor quality. Ideally situated for coral Bay.

Lovely hotel. Meals are buffet with good selection most days. If you are not all inclusive drinks are expensive however good pub 'blazing saddles' straight over the road. Rooms are made up every day by very nice maids, and clean towels every day. Excellent bus service outside hotel to pahos harbour.

Had a lovely time at this hotel food was fine always had plenty out. Rooms were nice size had no problem. Would go there again.

Well I have to say top marks to the spa facilities for saving our holiday. Unfortunately we didn't book to stay here but we used there facilities as the ones at our hotel were very basic and not what it stated in the brochure. Lovely staff, massages a real treat and the spa facilities are in good working order (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool), lovely temperature too. Put it this way next time we holiday in Cyprus we will be booking to say here.

We used the gym at this hotel during our recent trip to Cyprus. To say the state of the place was shocking would be an understatement. The gym was so tiny, they had just 3 treadmills, only 2 of which was working. 2 bikes etc. The most astonishing part was the age of the equipment. Practically prehistoric! The other parts of the hotel we saw was so dated it was unbelievable.

Loved our stay. Only negative would be the seating area around the bar often not enough seats for everybody, considering all the entertainment is held in this area. The stage has obscured views also. other than that we couldn't fault the place, food was good, staff friendly.

If I could give zero stars I would. Walking in the hotel lobby stank of smoke then the room we had also stank of smoke. My mother is allergic to cigarette smoke so has been wheezing after ten minutes in the room. Complained to reception and they sent up a lady with a cab of deodorant to "fix it". The beds are about as soft as a lumbof granite and impossible to sleep on. We also complained about the lack of a room kettle (a standard in four star British hotels) we were then informed that it's extra to have a room kettle. That extra was €4 a day! Utterly disgusted and completely disappointed. I wish we'd seen the poor reviews before booking the holiday. Complete and utter waste of money. We stayed one night before booking else where. (Also not mentioned is that the outdoor pool is not heated and thus unusable for us visiting in early January)

This was a very horrible hotel to stay in we spent 7 days over Christmas 2017. The food was that bad we had lunch every day at the harber. One family went home after to days. They wear meant to be there for 3 weeks. One had food poisoning. The staff were not friendly. We wear all inclusive so ment to get drinks free. This stopped at 11 . If you want a fridge you will need to pay extra. This hotel is a joke.

Great hotel recommend it all the way food good people helpful rooms kept clean staff go out of their way to help you have a good holiday.

We liked the beautiful hotel, the beach is close by, the pool is big, the food is very tasty, in the evening boring program, but you do not bother to go outside a lot of cafes, restaurants, there is a nightclub.

Room was average at best, large enough for two people but small TV, ants roaming around the bathroom, fixtures crooked and hanging off the bathroom walls. Some of the food wasn't pleasant, Ermines Bar staff were unfriendly however the restaurant staff and manager were very friendly. Holiday was marred by how awful some of the facilities in the hotel were, especially the "gaming" room which reeked of damp and wasn't in a pleasant condition (see photo). Lower pool and spa area was easily the best area of the hotel, well maintained compared to the rest of the building, which was rather shocking for a supposed 4-star hotel. Entertainment was ok. Grassy areas outside the hotel needed draining of stagnant water and weeds cleared. Loads of stray cats, a couple tended to sleep in the Ermines Bar.

This hotel was a big disappointment for us. Where the hotel is situated is superb, but then it is all downhill. The hotel looks and is tired. Most of the staff were very, very bad at their jobs and the bar staff were mostly rude. One guy called Daniel was the rudest person that I have ever come across and was threatened on a number of occasions by various guests. It was impossible to get a sunbed beside the pool unless you were nocturnal, towels were put on the sunbeds and remained on the unoccupied beds until evening. Meals were very bland with a lot of repetition, even though we were fully inclusive we always gave lunch a miss and ate out. If after reading this review you decide to go to this hotel take your own teaspoon as they are not provided. Our Thomas Cook rep Steph bought some for us.

Basically a neat, clean hotel, which has seen better times. Too bad the hotel and the pool area are nice but stayed. For example, the upholstered furniture in the rooms is worn out, the bed covers have holes and the tablecloths in the restaurant are partly also holes and frayed. The food was good, but very well suited to the English guests. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good, Coral Bay is not yet so crowded and tightly built with hotels like for example Phaphos. Therefore recommended as a quiet resort.

Is nice, but very little German, more Russian and English.

Not a place to visit. Bad food unhelpful staff left with no toilet one night, all the person at the desk did was shrug their shoulders when asked what we were supposed to do. Poor entertainment pool to small inadequate for size of hotel.

Very nice hotel, rooms are good, the public rooms are extensive and comfortable and the hotel sits in large ground for those who prefer not to sit by the pool. Food is fine as are the drinks… staff are amazing… stayed for 28 nights, will return.

Lovely place. Excellent staff. Hotel is starting to look abit tired. Needs a bit of maintenance doing. That is why only gave 3 stars.

Never experienced such rude disgusting service staff ignoring people and just being beyond rude totally ruined our holiday "Daniel" and the bar manager should not have jobs. Beyond horrendous! Wouldn't even allow us to eat on our last day at the hotel THAT WE HAD PAID FOR! Ruined my holiday and birthday won't be coming again! Being blatantly rude ignoring and saying "I don't understand" and laughing when they clearly understand and laughing amongst themselves so humiliating.

Distance to the sea far too wide — — even if it should be crow — — 10 minutes walkway — a steep slope — very cumbersome — that was obviously not stated —

Near the beach. Old hotel. Old rooms. Free food of chosen all inclusive. Good price if you go extra season. When we went we didn't find the quality we expected for that price. We found it expensive!

Hotel OK. Food also room old but very spacious.
Beachside. Wellness very good with indoor pool. But the beach well, I'm accustomed to Sardinia. There's not such a bad one as here the Coral Bay.

This hotel has got to be the worst hotel we've stayed in. We have came to Cyprus every year for 7 years and it's the pits. Rooms are dated with no tea/coffee making facilities, no fridge as standard, however you can rent one!. Same applies for the room safe. The beds are very uncomfortable and we're now getting back ache. Some members of the staff are fantastic, some are just rude. It's listed as a four star hotel, in the EU hotels are starred by the facilities offered unlike the UK where it's done on quality. This hotel would struggle to get 2 stars back home. Food is bland and reminds me of Army catering supplied by contract caterers. The location is spot on for the beach and there are numerous bars and restaurants along with supermarkets along the main road. The local buses are very good and it cost €1.50 for a single journey. Some previous Russian reviewers have commented on the amount of British pensioners here! I could say the same for the amount of Russians with small children. If you want a relaxing holiday away from it all, go somewhere else. Also if you leave your books for the benefit of other guests to read, it would appear that there resold in the small shop in the hotel.

Shame about the feral cats, sitting on outdoor & some indoor chairs, full of fleas. We got bitten with dire results for one in our party. They need sorting out!

All that staff are amazing over there and so friendly its a welcoming place to stay its a home from home.

The hotel includes SPA TONIC — a fantastic gym and therapy centre.

The hotel has only one drawback is paid Wi-Fi everything else at a high level.
