Been put in a room with no electricity. Instead of changing our room like we requested many times since arrival they just keep sending maintenance into the room to fix the issue while we are still in the room. Very very unprofessional. Why don't we just have all there staff in our room for a meeting. Just to add we waited an hour and a half for them to put us in the system when our booking was already confirmed before arrival. Once entered into the room we realised there were no towels (not even hand towels), no cups, no water, no Wi-Fi like advertised and the extra blankets had stains on them. Been to many hotels and this management is the worse management I've ever had to deal with. I asked for my portable charger to be charged as we had no electricity and the staff put it on charge for 5 mins. I recieved it the next morning with only 8% battery. The staff that tryed to help us were great and agreed with everything I was saying. They understood however nothing was done as it wasn't in there hands. We have wasted 2 days of our 3 day stay on this terrible room. Instead of giving us a relaxing wanting to come back to our comfortable room vibe we wanted to stay away and as far as possible. Never again!

I have to say all the best for the staff. I am giving this 5 stars to them.

It is a very nice place, as well for some special ceremonies!

Hello to all Internet users, I come from Paris, the hotel is great but does not deserve especially these 5 stars rather 3 star ⭐ ️, the service mediocre and similar for staff who do not speak English adequately the restaurant is a shame! A real nightmare example: breakfast you have a coffee machine that's it! No croissants or cereal or anything like that!
The meals it is a real catastrophe let fall do not take especially full board because there are nice restaurants around cheap at all, I think the hotel will be losing customers continually tand that these conditions will not have Change!
I know that now we must instead take a hotel more towards the port.

Beautiful hotel located in Northern Cyprus.

The first impression of the hotel was just 5+! Rooms chic! Room good! But places for rest, no! entertainment no! Only casino! Pool small and seen that he is not one dozen years! as in the photo! Beach no! Feed not very! sea can hardly swim at the shore immediately huge rocks! We had 10 days of the Internet was not! go play in the casino is! And location good, you can somewhere to eat normally! Were 2011! advise.

Northern Cyprus is an excellent resort for those who appreciate a European service, comfort, calm and good rest for body and soul.

My husband and I had a rest on Cyprus in August 2010. Because of reviews on the Internet a little, decided to write a little bit of themselves and share their experiences. Tour in Jasmine Court we were offered in the travel company, and we had not a moment regret choosing this hotel.

The hotel is 45 minutes from the airport and walking distance to shops Kyrenia (Girne), 10 minutes and you are surrounded by cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops, supermarkets, pubs, in each of which you will take any currency. In our opinion, this is the most convenient location of Kyrenia. The centre can be reached on foot, but it will take 30 minutes, but you can by автобусике — dolmushe bus with air conditioning, which stops right outside the hotel.

There are swimming pools, and for lovers of the sea water is equipped with descent to the sea. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge for hotel guests.
All rooms in the Jasmine Court have sea or garden views. Rooms have Central air-conditioning, satellite TV with free pay-TV, comfortable beds, dressing table, Cabinet, table with chairs, armchair, mirror, Hairdryer, safe, telephone. Very nice, cleaning, change of linen every two days, comfortable, spacious bathroom with a bathtub.
