Stayed for several months on a business trip. Excellent service from all posts, all stuff. Clean, nice views, polite and helpful reception.

Wow! I’m hard to please when it comes to hotels but this place was STUNNING. So modern and comfortable. Al la carte breakfast was really good. Even real freshly squeezed orange!

This was our second stay. We stayed here four years ago and had a perfect stay. We dropped a kid off for college and this time back for a graduation. The hotel is as nice as we remembered.

I was here with my fiancé for lunch. From the starters to the desserts it was exceptional. Probably one of the if not the best restaurant in Cyprus.

Came here and left with a big smile. The food was amazing — the burgers were on fire 🔥, juicy and full of flavor. The waiter service was on another level — respectful, friendly, and genuinely caring.

Great location! Centrally located with close access to resturants, shops, bus interchange, … The breakfast spread is reasonably good. Key is that there are great enthusiastic waiters and waitress.

Excellent place. Very modern interior, comfortable beds in large capsules. Very clean, good equipped kitchen with nice common area. Good, hot and clean showers. I felt save there and had a good sleep.

We arrived at 11:30pm and were greeted by a wonderful man named Mike. He was so helpful and always smiling. Made us feel so comfortable.

Good hotel. Good location — this is the main advantage. Quiet, decent size clean rooms. Do not expect much — this is three stars. Do not be misled by word "boutique" in the name.

Used for its pool. Happy to have visited. Avoid it over the weekend as as it busy with kids playing with balls. During the weekdays it is much better. The service is excellent.

The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean. Breakfast was very good. However, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the room doors slam shut loudly — which can be disturbing at night.

Had a very nice stay…Clean well maintained hotel. The hotel does not have a private parking. But there is plenty of parking on the street.

Ms. Selay was very helpful in all processes from the beginning to the end of our vacation. She explained in detail all the places to visit in Cyprus after we arrived.

We stayed for two nights in April at Gul Hanim House and really enjoyed it. Great location just inside the old city walls, beautifully decorated building.

We booked this hotel with friends. It is a small boutique hotel within walking distance to the centre of Lefkosia with lots of restaurants and cafes.

What a great little hotel! Inside the old city walls by the arabahmet neighbourhood, so you can easily walk to everything. Very friendly staff. Excellent showers — lots of hot water and no leaks.

Friendly and very helpfull staff doing everything to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast very complete, also after 10 when it’s formally closed.

The hotel is right in the city centre. The staff is very kind. Pool is clean and nice, and the breakfast is delicious. The rooms are good and clean, but the balconies are tiny.

Great location, less than 5 mins from the border crossing! This a great budget alternative when staying in Nicosia. The rooms are well equipped and clean.

Stayed here with my friend in 2025 and the place was absolutely formidable. The host is an exceptionally kind and caring man. Everything was in great order and very authentic. 11/10 will visit again!

I stayed this year with a friend of mine for a week and it was amazing! First of all the location was amazing, with an excellent restaurant next to it called: Evroulas.
