In Greek Monadiko means unique, something unlike anything else, one of a kind.
Monadiko listed rural house is an independent comfortably furnished open-plan, one bedroom, two level house with direct access and views to its garden. Originally it was built to accommodate the cooperative commercial bank of the village. Then it was transformed and used as a coffee shop and afterwards as a storing facility for storing and packing carobs. In 1988 the building was fully renovated and transformed to a house and gradually ever since it has been furnished with selected items to offer a comfortable and unique stay to its guest.
The ground floor (91 m²) consists of a living room with a smart 43'' tv and a fireplace, a spacious dining room, a large kitchen with all the cooking and washing appliances and a guests’ toilet.
The upper level is a traditional wooden loft (35 m2), which can be accessed via an internal stone built staircase. It includes one double and two single beds and is attached to a modern shower-room.
The bedroom has an a/c unit as well as a ceiling fan to be used where necessary.for all other areas and AC unit is avalible for free usage

The picturesque shared garden (121 m2) planted with different species of jasmine, pomegranate, olive, citrus and walnut trees can be enjoyed all year around, either by preparing barbeque meals, by enjoying al fresco dining or viewed from the two storey high glass panels. This creates the ideal environment for visitors seeking relaxation and simplicity. This rural place is by itself a sanctuary of tranquillity.

The houses will require the use of the open fire places during the cold weather. Guests can buy the wood logs by themselves or we can organize this through a local supplier.

In Greek, Polytimo means precious, valuable, an object of high importance.

Polytimo listed rural house is a spacious house (187 m2) of traditional mountainous architecture, which was constructed to accommodate a residence, its stalls, a stone olive press and an olive-oil cellar. In 1988 the building has been carefully restored with the utmost care and exceptional workmanship. Special attention has been given to the purchase of its individually selected furnishings, art pieces and antique objects which now offer to its guests a unique experience.

The ground floor consists of a comfortable living room with a fireplace and a smart 43'' tv, a separate dining room with an arched patio opening into the courtyard, an independent kitchen with many cooking and washing appliances and a guests’ toilet.

The outside stone built staircase leads to the upper level which consists of two charming double bedrooms (22 m2) and a tiled modern shower-room in between. All bedrooms have an a/c unit as well as a ceiling fan to be used where necessary. for all other areas and AC unit is avalible for free usage
The bedrooms open to a shared spacious covered terrace (45 m2), which has a direct view of the village, the surrounding landscapes and the private enclosed stone built patio-garden. The upper terrace provides the right setting for peaceful and restful afternoons and evenings.

The remodelled shared garden (121 m2) with different species of jasmine, bougainvilleas, citrus, olive, pomegranate and walnut trees is a heaven of seclusion. It can be enjoyed for preparing barbeque dishes and al fresco dining.
