Misleading listing and unacceptable cleanliness.
We stayed here in January and were very disappointed. The accommodation does not reflect the listing, and the photos are clearly heavily edited to make the property look much better than it actually is.
The house had not been properly cleaned for a long time. Everything was dirty — floors, walls, kitchen appliances and the bathroom were visibly dirty and greasy. This was not just a small issue, but the overall state of the property.
Several advertised amenities were missing or did not work. The listing claims there is a hot tub, but there is none. The “sofa bed” was not a sofa bed, but an old metal bed in very poor condition. Hot water was only available in the shower, while all other taps had cold water. The TV and toaster were unusable. The listing also mentions soundproof walls, which is simply not true, as noise from neighboring units was clearly audible.
Given the actual condition of the property, it is significantly overpriced. If we had known the real state of the accommodation, we would never have booked it.
We reported these issues and shared photo evidence documenting the actual condition of the property, but did not receive any response from the host.
The place is great! Really great location! Village style rooms. Very clean. Way beyond standard! The landlady welcomed us in a way we didn't expect. Animal shaped towels for our little ones. Everything is in order. I highly recommend especially during Christmas in Cyprus.

Traditional room in a great location. This was the best priced room we could find and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend.
