Our family had an outstanding stay in Larnaca. The area is amazing, with a beautiful view of the salt lake from our apartment—very relaxing. The apartment was exactly as advertised: comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The reception was amazing, answering many of our questions and being very responsive. Sveltos Residence in Larnaca was great, modern amenities, pleasant and accommodating staff, and appropriately priced. Secluded enough to be quiet at night, but only a brief walk to shops, restaurants, cultural sites, and the beach. A beautiful experience all around, looking forward to the next visit!

Amazing location, near from everything, the whole building very well maintained … luxury apartments very extremely clean! Please note the staff so friendly my favorite Miss Marianna, amazing lady smiling always serving like she is always serving her own self or any member of her family … please let’s turn this review to the funniest story (I want to renew my appartment one more night, and Miss Marianna answered me on the phone, I told her my appartment number and I have wishes to Renew and she gave me best price rate better than booking and the funniest part she asked me to come down to reception and pay … I told her I just finish shower I will put some clothes and I will come down … Miss Marianna told me (NOT SOME, please put all your clothes BEFORE YOU APPEAR TO THE FRONT DESK :D with a big smile she really killed me like I had attention really to go naked after shower …. ) her sense of humor is amazing and give us energy and motivation I wish all hotels and resorts to have a person like her, now to come back to my review : appartment very big, comfortable, very clean + private parking area, pharmacy supermarket around doctors, plus staff amazing from cleaners to managing. Still my favorite MARIANNA and her magical smile.

The folks at the front desk are really nice and helpful, they even print documents for us free. There's a supermarket nearby, just a short walk of 5 to 8 minutes, and the area is really quiet. If you're looking for a short stay around Larnaca, this is a good place to go.

I stayed in a three-bedroom apartment in Larnaca, Cyprus for a whole week, and I really enjoyed it. The apartment was bigger than I expected, and it was super clean. Everything from the floors to the furniture felt really nice. It felt like a cozy home, and it wasn't noisy at all. Plus, the view from the top floor, overlooking the salt lake, was beautiful. After this experience, I don't think I'll stay in a hotel again when I visit Larnaca. I'll always choose Short Stay Apartments. Thanks for making my stay so enjoyable!

My wife and I have stayed in many apartments during our visits to Cyprus over the years. We really like this area because it's convenient and centrally located. This was our second time staying in a three-bedroom apartment in Larnaca, and it was just as great as the first time. The apartment is spacious, bright with natural light, and has plenty of fresh air (or air conditioning if needed). The furniture and decorations are really nice, and the kitchen is fantastic, with a large fridge/freezer. There's even a private balcony. We especially enjoy the big walk-in shower. Since we had such a good experience before, we didn't even consider staying anywhere else this time. We booked here again and were completely satisfied with our choice.
