The room was cute and exactly as described. The water pressure on third floor is not very good though. When I visited (August 2025) a few of the main roads were under construction with sidewalks also removed.
I was not notified of the correct location of the studio, a few roads away from the location of the reception. I was met with no empathy or helpfulness from the reception staff when asking if there is a better route to carry my luggage alone besides walking through the rubble and dust of the construction.
This could be improved by letting guests know to drop off their luggage at the studio location before walking to the reception to check in.

Unfortunately we didn’t take any pictures of the room but we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. It was clean and quiet which unfortunately can’t be said for a lot of city locations due to traffic. We opted for the one bedroom apartment for one night but could have happily have stayed longer. Check in was easy and the host very informative with instructions.
Very clean. A perfect spot. Well recommend.

Stayed in room 302, for a night.
The provided pics and reviews are very deceiving. Room needed a complete renovation, there were cracks on the walls, which were painted over several times. Bathroom had shower so small that if you closed the door, you couldn't move your hands and if you didn't close it, water would get everywhere. View from the balcony was a demolished building.
Check in point is approx 200 meters away from the apts, which is inconvenient if you have a big luggage.
Overally the room left me feeling that I needed to wash my hands every time I touched something. Stained curtains and toaster also grossed me out.
Do not recommend!
