Mobina Villas

Unfortunately much worst then expected. The house is nice and spacious but it urgently needs general cleaning and maintenance: mattresses were dirty and very uncomfortable, bed sheets were old, showers were dirty so most of the cupboards, the coach and the garden furniture was dirty and grill impossible to use. There is very basic equipment in the house: no night lights, not enough towels and no place to hang them to dry, the fridge was broken and we had to stay two days without one until we got a substitute (after many massages), first two days the water in the swimming pool was extremely murky even tough we paid extra 40 Euros per day for warming it. The Iranian family who us looking after the house are friendly but not really dedicated. Close by, there is a huge construction area which makes it noisy and dusty. Also, we booked villa for 8 persons, there were 3 double beds but we were 7. When we asked how we should fit, we were given bed sheets for one more person to sleep in the living space downstairs. We said we cannot leave one of the kids alone and the villa we booked had one more bed upstairs, there was no reaction or willingness to find a solution. Overall very poor customer experience.
Reply: I think a good host would take the feedback of the customer as constructive and try to improve instead of accusing the customer. This is the opinion of the whole group, we discussed and put the review together. I am a female person, the mother of the children.

An absolutely beautiful place! The owner and his son are so helpful and nice! Our plane was delayed and we got there quite late in the evening, but our door was opened with a smile!
(If you intend to cook, bring some pans since the ones there are quite scratched) We had no car, but a 15 minutes walk brings you to a grocery store and a bakery with lovely goodies! 😁

The host was very kind and approachable. The villa was perfect, new, very clean and has a modern design. The location is very good since it built in a quite neighborhood and near to the center and the beach. We would definitely book this villa again. It is highly recommended.

Excellent quiet location. The villa was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The owner called in to check that everything was ok. We loved the private pool and the outside seating area. The kitchen was well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. We definitely will be returning.
