Extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. The property has no reception and demand for my credit card details for deposit upon my arrival at the airport. The woman who appeared to be the property manager insulted me by saying, "stay in the airport forever since its non refundable, " then hung up and refused to respond. She then sent the wrong link for the deposit payment few times and told the customer service that I am refusing to pay the deposit.
I wasted hours at the airport waiting for a solution and had to cancel my booking, despite having fully paid for 3 nights. The management’s attitude, lack of communication, and complete disregard for guests make this property utterly unacceptable.

Reading the other reviews posted here and am really confused because my husband and I had a lovely one week stay at Krasas Beach Apartments!
The experience started off well before we even arrived, with fantastic communication on how to self check-in as we arrived late in the evening, and information on how to access both the car park and apartment was very clear and detailed. I really appreciate this as a nervous traveller, the more information the better!
The studio suite itself was lovely, on the 6th floor with the most gorgeous view you could imagine. The kitchen was well stocked, with all the cooking utensils and crockery you could need, working microwave, kettle and stove. The whole place was very clean, and I appreciated the socket converters provided and a number of printed guides and maps. The air conditioning was very good, and needed in such a hot week.
The bathroom was not bad, I would have loved a shelf in the shower to put my products, but there is a cupboard under the sink so no biggie. Towels were provided, and fresh ones given half way through the week, when housekeeping came to refresh the place.
The location is absolutely incredible — the beach and countless restaurants, bars and salons right on your doorstep made for the best holiday. I loved waking up to the sunrise and coming home after a long day of exploration to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset.
The rooms are mostly noise proof, not completely, but I was able to sleep through just fine.

DISGUSTING! Avoid this place in any cost, really it's so dirty, the apartment have smell of dirt and cigarettes the hole place is abundant from the host which the host is an incredible rude person, he never told me at the phone that I have to pay deposit 50 euro and another 30 euro for the remote of the gate for the parking, I get upset with him and I told him but u didn't mention this and he say if you don't like it you can leave, check the photos please and you will understand, the mattress of the bed looks like it have mites and small cockroaches was all over the place, of course we couldn't sleep another night so we left the next day and the best part is that the door have a gap from the floor so you can hear everything from outside this door. Please avoid this place!
