We had an extremely pleasant stay here. The staff was super helpful, the host was always available to help us with anything including getting around advice or bookings.
The streets around are indeed under construction at the moment but this is something out of the host’s control. They’re trying their best to minimize the discomfort offering complimentary earplugs. Anyways, there’s no working during the evening/night or during the weekend.

The location of the hotel is fairly good for Larnaca—if you’re planning to stay in the city, it works well. The room was tidy, clean, and had all the necessary amenities.
Unfortunately, we did have a serious issue: while we were using the kitchen sink, the hot water pipe burst and flooded half the hallway in our room. We tried to call for help immediately, but no one answered the phone. We had to go down to the reception ourselves, but there was no one there. Luckily, we found the cleaning staff on one of the floors and asked them for help—otherwise, I don’t know what could have happened.
One of my friends also got burned by the hot water. We asked if they had any burn cream, and they said yes and promised to bring it to us, but it never arrived.
Aside from that incident, everything else was fine.

Unfortunately, I have to express my great disappointment with this accommodation. At the time of my reservation (17.7.2025) a large-scale street reconstruction was taking place right in front of the building. The dusty surroundings were full of construction equipment — bulldozers, trucks and other noisy machines. The constant noise, dust and limited access to the entrance would significantly disrupted the comfort of the stay. It caused me breathing problems after less than an hour of negotiation, which still persist.
In addition to the reduced quality of the environment, there was also a real risk of injury — there was no clear marking of safe routes, movement between the construction machines was chaotic and unsuitable with bigger luggage. It is very unprofessional that the owner did not inform about this situation in advance. If I had known about the extent of the construction work, I would definitely have chosen another accommodation. The accommodation itself may be sufficient in other conditions, but the current circumstances make whole building unsuitable for a quiet or safe stay.
Moreover, the manager via nice, but burnt out receptionist, refused to refund the money paid for 4 nights (257 euros), even though I immediately refused the accommodation and did not use the offered rooms at all. I will continue to deal with this misleading and unserious behavior via booking. Com. I absolutely do not recommend it.

I had a reservation at Jimmy’s Suites but, due to unexpected personal circumstances, I was unable to travel as planned.
From the moment I contacted the hotel, their response was truly exceptional. They treated me with kindness, understanding, and empathy. Although my reservation was non-refundable, they kindly offered a full cancellation at no charge, without any hesitation.
I’ve never experienced such considerate and human service. Their professionalism and compassion turned a difficult situation into something manageable and reassuring.
I hope to visit Jimmy’s Suites in the future under better circumstances – they’ve absolutely earned my trust and gratitude 💛

We visited Jimmy's Suites in Larnaca in early May 2025. The experience was terrible. Upon arrival, we discovered that the hotel entrance was literally in the middle of an active road construction site! There was no safe way to access the hotel entrance, and we had to navigate through a dangerous construction area.
The hotel was fully aware of the situation — they even left an apology note in the room acknowledging the construction work and noise, but they didn't bother to inform us before we arrived. When we spoke to the management, they simply said "it's only for two days" — but we had only booked for three days, meaning our entire stay would be in the middle of a construction site!
We had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation 35km away, which added unplanned fuel expenses and disrupted our entire trip itinerary. When we requested a refund, the hotel ignored our requests and even deleted our booking from our history on Booking. Com.
I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Not only was the location inaccessible, but the handling of the issue was completely unprofessional. I have photos and videos documenting the situation if anyone is interested in seeing them.
Don't waste your time and money on this place like we did.

★☆☆☆☆ DANGEROUS & INACCESSIBLE — Hotel situated in active construction site.
Our stay was booked for May 2-5, 2025 (3 nights). Upon arrival on May 2nd, we discovered the hotel entrance was completely blocked by active road construction — heavy machinery, open trenches, and construction materials made accessing the building extremely dangerous.
Despite the hotel being aware of this situation (they left an apology note in our room dated May 2nd acknowledging the construction), they never notified us prior to our arrival. When confronted, management stated "it's only for 2 days" — which would have affected our entire 3-day stay.
For safety reasons, especially since my son was recovering from knee surgery, we had to find alternative accommodation in Kornos village (35km away) on the same day (May 2nd).
I immediately requested a refund through Booking. Com (reservation #4986963683), but received no response. When I followed up on May 4th, I discovered the hotel had deleted my booking from my account history.
This experience disrupted our entire vacation plans and caused significant inconvenience and additional expenses.

Very misleading Booked 4 night via booking. Com. I complained to the owner why she didn't tell me about construction noice from 07. No privacy, no view, no light. Just construction noice very close. The owner said I never showed up to prevent a bad review.

Such a bad experience. No bed light nor sockets next to bed. Next morning 7.30 a lot of banging from opposite the room, 5. Floor (construction). Workers looked at me, I could hear them talking, no privacy. Next morning I left (lost money of 3 more nights). The owner said I never shoved up.

It was well priced, but unfortunately, the location was noisy. Building work started at 7.15, and I wasn't told when I booked. View taken from balcony.

My husband and I booked a hotel room for a week.
Since our flight was canceled on behalf of the airline due to the war situation in Israel, we sent a request to the hotel, to let us make a cancellation without paying. We also sent documents with the cancellation of the flight. The hotel decided that it is not good reason to get a refund even not part of the money.
The attitude in this sensitive situation is very sad and disappointing.
I recommend that you check where you book your next vacation.

The best hotel in all of Larnaca! I was hosted in a very nice room on the last floor with a view of the whole city! I loved spending my nights on the terrace with friends! If you ever go to this hotel, ask for room 601!

I stayed in the Jimmy’s suites for a week. The location is great, in the city center and close to the beach. Perfect for seeing all the sights and going out. Large room with balcony and city view. Very clean apartment. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommended!

Amazing room! All brand new! The location is perfect because is in the center of Larnaca. I definately recommend it for sure.

Jimmy's suites are in an excellent location (600m from the beach) and are spotlessly clean. Our room had a very powerful shower, a strong flushing toilet, a safe and the air conditioning was extremely welcome as us Scots don't do heat very well so a cool bedroom and floor was extremely welcome. The 2 large beds were superb and a good, firm mattress. I really can't criticise Jimmy's Suites so let's call it just a couple of things to make it even better — a second key would be handy as not all couples come home at the same time. A few more dishes and cutlery would be handy (there wasn't a spoon to stir my morning coffee). A plug for the sink so we could wash the plates etc (maybe it had been taken by previous guests? ) Finally, and please keep your mind clean, it's unfortunate that the light switch is behind the headboard as every time my wife put the main light off then leaned back to read her book, it switched the light on again. Another easy fix to make Jimmy's Suites a real 5/5 rather than the 4.9/5 I'd give it now. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Larnaca.

Nice air-conditioned rooms with a view overlooking downtown Larnaca. Cleaning was regular and prompt and the manager helped us with any requests we had to make our stay easier. Bed was comfy too!

Overall happy with the room and overall stay. The place was clean and had a nice smart TV and overall facilities. It's in a great location as it only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. Loads of restaurants under a 5min walk. Just some feedback — the only mirror in the room was the one in the bathroom, it would be useful to install a full-length mirror in the actual room. I would also have to say the mattresses were VERY firm. I've honestly never experienced anything like it before, so found it quite difficult to sleep but my friend got used to it very quickly and ended up liking it.

Excellent accommodation in the perfect area. I loved the bars and restaurants less than 5 minutes from the hotel. Clean, with fridge and refills of water, coffee, and towels everyday. Owners were easy to reach and showed genuine concern for quality of service. Balcony was really great, especially for sunset. Hot water with good shower pressure. Self service check in. I would easily stay here again! Thanks for a great trip!
