Nadia and Narsis greeted us exceptionally well, even allowing us to check multiple hours early. They never stopped helping us throughout our stay. Spotless rooms. Location is amazing, across the sea and walking distance to many great restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended!

We went to larnaca and stayed at hai hotel.
The hotel is at the middle of the bech avenue Finikoudes. The room was clean and the service was very good. Nadia at the check desk give as best experience.

You couldn’t ask for a more lovely clean & smashing wee hotel, staff were excellent as was the location etc. Super comfy massive beds & spotless clean. Will definitely return. The girl at reception was so friendly & great for information about the area. The beach is a 10 second walk from the front door.

Perfect service, perfect rooms, great value!
The location is perfect for old town and right at the beach. The hotel was easy to find: just walk right between the Kiosk and the Chinese restaurant.
The reception experience was immaculate: the staff were friendly and kind. They gave us all the information at needed, and were ready to help whenever we had questions.
The rooms were perfectly clean when we got there, and every day they were cleaned perfectly again. The beds are ergonomic, there are memory foam pillows available, and the A/C can be set to cool the room without giving you a cold, or to turn your room into an ice box, and everything in between.
There was helpful information in the room about safe, breakfast and Larnaca in the room.

Physical location is a block from the beach, and close to many restaurants and historic attractions.
Staff were helpful. Allowed early check in. Kettle in room.
The glass shower door was sealed and didn't leak unlike many we've encountered.
Disliked · Breakfast offered is not on site — its a walk away at restauran that doesn't have a non-smoking area. Ugh, not what you want for breakfast, a mouth full of smoke. The hosts told us there is supposed to be a non-smoking area inside, but in reality as with most of Cyprus (eastern Europe) the law is NOT enforced. We sat INSIDE even though it was hot already, and still someone sat right next to us smoking.
The worst was the bar next door — it starts with loud music and strobe lights at 9pm and doesn't stop until after 1am. We were unable to sleep due to the noise and flashing lights.

A very cozy boutique hotel at a very central location near the foinikoudes beach and close to the Larnaca Castle. We were welcomed by a very friendly lady and she explained to us thoroughly everything about the hotel and the rooms. There are only 4-5 rooms there on the ground floor and they are modern and with an amazing mattress. There are 2 small bears nearby (and not clubs as mentioned elsewhere) with not so loud music. The foinikoudes beach is just a few minutes away and there are many restaurants, mini markets and shops around. Also the famous St. Lazarus church is super close.
The only thing I didn't like is the toilet glass door, which offers no privacy or sound insulation. Really not practical at all.

Great hotel within walking distance to the beach and amazing restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure you had an amazing stay. I highly recommend booking and will again the next time I am in Larnaca!

Absolutely amazing hotel, modernly equipped, clean, in an excellent location. A kind and incredibly willing, always smiling receptionist will do anything for you 🥰❤️. The room furniture is practical and stylish. As far as service and cleaning are concerned, he can't be faulted at all. There is a very noisy bar right next to the hotel (but we didn't mind) 😊, however during our stay the hotel management had double insulation installed which solved this problem! 😮🤩Everything you need is right next to the hotel. Pleasant beach, shops open late into the night, restaurants with very pleasant service. Our favorite restaurant was the Alexander restaurant😋, where we also had fantastic hotel breakfasts. Thank you very much to the entire Hai Hotel for making our vacation more enjoyable ❤️🥰😍. We definitely recommend it, we will be happy to come back with the whole family.

OMG where do I start? A FANTASTIC little hotel just off the beach on a side street slap bang in the centre of Larnaca in the Finikoudes beach area and in Larnaca's old town. Absolutely, frigging, marvellously fantastic! Check-in was a breeze, the hotel super clean, the room huge and also, surprisingly SUPER CLEAN. It was absolutely spotless — whoever they have hired to clean the rooms does outstanding work. If I could bring them back to the UK to clean my own home, then well, how great would that be?
There is fast Wi-fi, modern bathrooms with superb power showers and the room, for the budget prices it offers, has a wonderful selection of milk, tea and coffee.
However, what is most surprisingly of all is the superb, efficient and excellent customer service provided by the manageress named Nadia. Not only is she one of the most pleasant hotel staff members I have ever come across but she is astute, assertive and extremely efficient, having helped me sort through a few hotel and non-hotel travel arrangements without hesitation.
This excellent customer service, coupled with a bright, modern, fresh, efficient and superbly clean (almost hospital clean) hotel, confirms that Hai hotel IS my number one place to stay every time I visit Cyprus. Without question. Without hesitation. I will certainly be returning next year and look forward to staying in one of its wonderful rooms and dealing with their wonderful staff.

Great communication and agreement before our arrival, small but very nice room with air conditioning and a modern bathroom, very friendly and kind staff at the reception, excellent breakfast, I recommend!

I have been to Hai hotel last summer. The location is in the heart of larnaca town. Around it are some of the best cocktails bars in the town. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Amazing place to stay because is just opposite from the beach. Highly recommend it.

It is simply the best place to stay in Larnaca. Best service, friendly staff and amazing rooms. In addition to all that, the Location is premium and the rooms are extremly clean. We booked for all our weddings guests in Hai Hotel and were extremly satisfied! Thank you.
