The villa seemed fine at first but some maintenance issues appeared soon — like not working air conditioning (was fixed the following morning), bathroom door that could not be unlocked anymore, water pressure in 2nd floor showers was very low. TV was not a smart TV (so not netflix or screen mirroring). Kitchen was fine, swimming pool was very enjoyable. Walk to the beach was some 10 min long but the beach is quite full of people (small bay). There is a vegetable field in between the villa and the sea so need to go around.
