Overall a good holiday. Food was excellent, particularly breakfast. Good variety of themed nights in restaurant. Also enjoyed being able to visit other restaurants. All were fab. Rooms were big and plenty of storage.
Visited in October and both pools were very chilly.
Stunning area and lovely walks in both directions on beach.
Cleanliness of rooms was okay.
Drinks are quite expensive, but expected with half board. Waiting on staff were friendly and hard working.
Reserved sun-beds were handy however need to be lucky to get a decent spot.
Probably wouldn’t visit again but overall a good holiday.
Have had such an amazing time here. The rooms are clean as is the rest of the hotel. The food will not disappoint, throughly recommend the omelette bar for breakfast. The staff are lovely friendly and helpful. Their sunbed system means you keep your own for the entire stay. No having to reserve them. Would definitely stay again! Adults only means it’s a quiet stay but you’re not far from some great bars and restaurants.

We have been twice to sunrise jade (first time in August 2024 as a surprise for my husbands big birthday then again May 2025) and both times were absolutely perfect. Beautiful quiet hotel only a 10 min walk to the main strip. We stayed half board and the food is excellent. Dinner at the buffet is much more than an average holiday buffet, so much selection and the staff all work very hard to ensure everything is replenished. Also if you choose not to have dinner one night you can have lunch at the restaurant which isn’t a buffet but a 3 course lunch from an extensive menu. Lunch was also fantastic. We opted for a sea view room, definitely worth the extra for the upgrade — waking up to that view everyday is amazing. The pool area is stunning, and the designated sunbeds are the icing on the cake! Also loved taking a short walk across to the little secluded bay (just walk down some steps directly across from the pool area of the hotel) it is beautiful, sadly we didn’t see any turtles but apparently they can often be seen there. One of the best qualities of sunrise jade is the fantastic staff. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Special mention to the beautiful Natalie on reception who goes above and beyond. It was so lovely to chat with her each day, she is a credit to the hotel. We have booked again for July 2026 to return to sunrise jade and we cannot wait! If you are thinking of booking, you will not be disappointed!
