Louis St. Elias Resort & Waterpark

What a lovey hotel all the staff and entertainment team are excellent. It's a long walk to the beach but there is a free bus service which is a definite benefit. The food is different every day and the restaurant at the front of the hotel is a place you have to go to as this food is excellent and also part of the hotel. We will definitely be back.

We had the most wonderfully week at Louis At Ellias in October. The food was lovely with so much choice to choose from and the staff went over and beyond to help you. The apartments were just right for a family of 4. They were cleaned each day and were given fresh towels, and are very spacious. We was in room 99 and the view from the balcony was magnificent. The manager of the hotel is so friendly and cares a lot about all of his guest. Never seen that at any other hotel we've stayed at. He was brilliant.
The life guards were awesome, they watch all the kids on the slides form 10 am till 6pm and ensured everyone was safe.
Protrus is about 15 minute week l, it's a lovely walk down there and so many ships and bars. The beach is also about 15 minutes walk too…
I will definitely be returning in the future. Cyrus is an amazing place.

We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday. The hotel is extremely well managed and looked after, the rooms are spacious and clean, the food is very good and the pools and slides great fun. For us what sets the hotel apart is how well the staff get on with each and the guests which creates a lovely atmosphere. From the life guards to the cleaners from management to the bar staff and restaurant staff to entertainment, all work in symmetry to ensure the guests all well looked after, feel completely comfortable, relaxed and having the best time. Special honourable mentions to Mo on the bar, Flouris and Jake and the entire entertainment team all of whom were just brilliant and put so much effort in. Finally an extra special thank you to Ryan and Lola for sprinkling the stardust and making a lovely holiday truly magical. Well done everyone at Louis St Elias.

Absolutely unbeatable hotel and resort. We got back the past week and were in a large party of 12, they never disappointed the entire time! The hotel is located on top of a beautiful hill overlooking Protaras, the sea and the beautiful church on the hill. There is a lovely cool breeze across the hills in the evening even though we hit 29 degrees everyday without fail. Food in the resort was some of the best all inclusive I have ever experienced, additionally themed nights mean you don't end up with a load of odds and ends. Fresh salads were delicious and the far East night was some of the best Chinese food I've eaten for sometime! The staff really are the true asset to this jewel and the lifeguards are really lovely (shoutout to the superb Domitri who will surely be in the next Marvel movie) what was noted was that they always were friendly and professional and the cocktails were knockout (no measurements were required as my liver can now confirm 😂). The manager was also very approachable and would come over and chat, often helping the staff on the bar in the busier periods. What I loved was how available and appreciated he was by his staff. Finally the activities were really well arranged and I was really impressed with the entertainment team, they are constantly putting in a great shift making great things happen like waterpolo, football and much more. Friendly cats come and sit with you when you sit outside the bar.

Absoutely amazing hotel couldn't fault it! The staff go above and beyond throughout the whole stay and everyone is so friendly. The rooms are a great size and cleaned everyday to such a high standard. I never ever leave reviews but I feel like I had to because it was so good one of our best holidays. Its only a short walk to the amazing beaches the strip and the fun fair. The entertainment team are amazing and are so good with the kids everyday there was stuff going on for both adults and children they are all certainly a credit to the hotel! Once again thankyou everyone special shout out to Mina, Ashraf and Flouris.

Fabulous staff, good food, entertainment team brilliant lovely setting.

Just got home from our holiday here! Thank St Elias it was the best holiday! The resort is beautiful, so clean and modernised lovely selection of bar drinks and food selection was amazing! All the staff are so lovely and friendly and helpful, entertainers are so fun and fab with the kids! Haven't got a negative word to say, really lovely resort. Pools are great, with fab slides and waterpark. Thank you!

Good buffet, great pools and waterslides, nice rooms, beautiful area with flowers. Breakfast starts late, at 8am, which is late if you go on a day trip. It also seems the restaurants and the hotel reception do not talk — we were told at the reception to ask the restaurant and vice versa. My sisters were gluten free and it was difficult to find out information (not all food was labeled) and get e. G. Gluten free bread.

Fantastic clean hotel amazing for families with young children or couples. The staff are fantastic very friendly and can’t do enough for you 😊 amazing food would definitely recommend 🍹✈️🌞

On our last day of a 10 night stay & I have to say this place is the nicest I have been to. All staff are fantastic from the managers, restaurant staff, bar staff, lifeguards, cleaners etc. They are so friendly and helpful. The resort is very clean and rooms are spacious. The view from our balcony is amazing 😍 the food is very nice and plenty to choose from. Definitely a place we would return to❤️ Thankyou to you all 🙂

All the staff where amazing and couldn't do enough for you. The entertainment staff where great with kids and adults taking there time to speak to everyone. Definitely a place a would return to.

What a fantastic hotel. The Staff are what makes this place. From the hotel staff, to bar staff, life guards, entertainment team. Everyone works tirelessly to make the perfect family holiday. They are all so helpful, friendly and passionate about their jobs. Each and everyone is a credit to the hotel. Pools, food and rooms all great.

Such a beautiful place, warm friendly, looked after our every need, would highly recommend. Thank you very much. You went above and beyond x.

Wow the best all inclusive resort I have had the pleasure in staying in. Resort lovey clean and well maintained All staff at the resort are brilliant it proves they all love the hotel as much as the guests do. I can’t wait to return again.

This is a wonderful hotel. Great food, high quality and plentifully available unlike some all inclusives. The spa is good as is the family pool and bar with slides. The room was great and a real bonus to have a separated sleeping area for the children. All the staff for friendly, the hotel was clean and the entertainment staff were brilliant. Would definitely return. Also a good location off the noisier strip but just a ten minute walk to the beach. Covid precautions all very good and felt very safe.
