Super villa, recommend for families or for parties.
We visited for 4 nights in Portaras, total of 4 families.
We paid an extra 200 euro just for heating up the pool to a minimum of 28 degrees.
In practice, they turned on the heat after our check in which took almost 3 days to get to a normal temperature. The pool was usable (+28 degrees) only a day before our departure.
The sauna did not work the entire time we have been there, it reached a maximum of 30 degrees, also after the maintenance guy checked it.
A pinball machine did not work through the entire time. The maintenance guy fixed it once and after 5 minutes the ball got stuck again.
In general, they have great location but the villa poorly maintained. The service we got from the host was lacking.
We had to change some of our plans since the pool was not usable most of the time.

Stayed here for a friend's wedding. There is loads of space. The roof was perfect for the wedding. The facilities were great, the sauna and Jacuzzi and pool. I've taken off a star because while it was great, there were a few things that needed work. We were told before arriving that the pool couldn't be heated, but that would've made all the difference. Some electrics weren't working and the Jacuzzi had a bad smell in the small jets. Would still recommend a stay though.
