Pernera Beach Hotel

We have been coming to this hotel for many years now and would recommend it.
Its a beautiful hotel in an equally beautiful location. The rooms have recently been refurbished and are done to a very high standard. Very clean throughout. The food is amazing with so much choice and variety for every taste.
Finally one of the main reasons we return is because the staff are amazing and have become friends that we look forward to seeing every year.
They look after their guests and care that you have the best holiday.
All the reception team are great and so caring.
I would like to say a special thank you to Sandeep and Kirolas from the bar staff who looked after us. They always have a smile on their face and nothing is too much trouble and so friendly. Also Marianka, Surendra and Purna man and George from the waiting staff. And finally Andre that provides the entertainment. He is so good at what he does and is a ball of energy and laughs. Keep up the good work Pernera Beach you are the best team.

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday here. The hotel was lovely and the staff are great. But the animation team will make your holiday. Andrea and his team are simply brilliant!
However, I have to acknowledge one major issue. This is rowdy wedding guests. This was not a one off. This was not an isolated issue and reading previous reviews this is a common thing. For our two weeks we were constantly disturbed during the day with a group of drunken people from the wedding group, they interfereed with the evening entertainment and woke people up in the early hours of the morning shouting and fighting. I know multiple people complained about this. So, I'm afraid more needs to be done to tackle this social behaviour. I do plan on returning but this would definitely deter me.

Pernera Beach Hotel is like something out of a holiday brochure. It's magical, the scenery is breath taking, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, so many facilities on site, the hotel is right next to the beach, the cleanliness is impeccable, they have a church on site, amazing place to get married, shop right outside, pools, play room, and more. It deserves more than five stars.

We had a lovely spacious room with great sea views.
The meal we had in the a la Carte restaurant was devine. One of the best meals we've ever had.
I have to mention the pancake lady. Who not only made delicious omelettes but was one of the loveliest people I've met. Also the lovely room maid who did a great job of keeping our room clean.

A wonderful hotel, we upgraded to a sea view and it was so worth it, view was amazing. Rooms were nice and spacious, bit disappointing to only have a bottle of water in the mini fridge and it was not topped up at all the whole trip. Our dressing gowns were also took away after 2nd day and not replaced which was disappointing.
Hotel grounds were lovely, staff very welcoming and friendly.
Reception weren’t that helpful, when we checked in we were given no information as we arrived late, we visited the desk the following morning and were told to scan the QR code which had all information on.
Food was incredible, not a single bad meal, excellent selection at lunch and dinner. We found 10am very early for hot breakfast to end.
Cocktail menu was well packed and of great quality, would have been nice to have more selection of beer but the coors was always cold and fresh. The wine was also spot on. There was no crisps / nuts available with drinks at all which was disappointing.
Location was amazing, we hired a buggy from round the corner for a great price. Local to nearby beaches / restaurants / bars / supermarkets.
Overall extremely happy with our stay and looking forward to returning!

Very nice hotel! Spent a week there with family and had a wonderful time. All inclusive meals were good, entertainment by Andre was amazing and very funny every night and the rooms were always well polished and cleaned by the cleaners every morning! Beautiful location too with their own beach, mini market and other local beach restaurants near by.

Such a lovely hotel, the food is amazing usually we don't enjoy all inclusive due to the repeated food… Not thing place 5* for that.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
Love this place absolutely gutted going home tomorrow.

After a week in August 2024 with our two eldest grandsons we decided to revisit in October 2024 and are 18 days into a 28 day holiday. To say it’s better than we thought it would is a huge understatement we are having a great time enjoying the sun, sea, food and all the great staff.
The service is fantastic in the buffet the restaurants bar reception and every member of staff work so hard to please everyone the maids keep the rooms spotless and the whole resort is kept clean and tidy by a fantastic team. The entertainment team leader is a tireless ball of energy.
I won’t mention any names yet but will probably do a final review when back home as I really don’t want to miss anyone out and as mentioned all staff are fantastic and all seem happy with their lot which must be down to good management.
PS lovely beach two minute walk around the corner. We will return.

Where to start! A beautiful location, spacious, modern and immaculately clean room, lovely pool area which lies before the beach. Staff are so friendly, helpful and attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Entertainment is fab for all ages — Andreas is such a character and infectious to be around! Food and drinks are beyond plentiful and of a very high standard. We booked through TUI and their description and photographs do not do it justice. A short 5 minute stroll to a good selection of bars and restaurants and a 40 minute stroll along the beach front promenade (flat, scenic and very pleasant) stroll to the centre of Protaros with plenty of bars and restaurants dotted along the way.
Would massively recommend Pernera Beach Hotel and honestly can’t find a single fault with it. Such a lovely, lovely stay. Will definitely be back!

The hotel itself is ok, it’s not fantastic it’s not bad either,
The staff are very friendly the food for all inclusive has a wide variety but it’s not good if you have a food allergy or intolerance I have a dairy allergy,
Though it’s not severe it leaves me with migraines there was 1 day out of 7 days where a dairy free desert was available,
Most of the food contained milk and the one time I requested a “dairy free desert” I was given a medley of chocolates that were most definitely not dairy free.
The superior family room was extremely uncomfortable we were told we’d get a bunk bed and a double, we had a sofa bed and a double the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.
The air conditioning system is not good if you have asthma or allergies it is EXTREMELY dusty and I could only use it once out of the 7 days and you can’t really leave the door open due to flies and bugs.
The area Protaras isn’t really a town it’s a tourist trap with very little to do outside of the boat trips and water sports and a couple of hikes,
The boardwalk and the beach are gorgeous and are definitely the highlight of the trip bring your snorkel!
There isn’t a great deal to do in the surrounding area and the surrounding area is quite run down and tacky once you’ve been in one shop you’ve been in them all so I’d advise you to venture further afield.
Pool is quite chilly which is important to note if your travelling with babies or very young children.

Just returned from this hotel it was our second visit. Great welcome on arrival instantly acknowledged our return stay. Booked a part sea view room and got a lovely pool/sea view room with a wonderful gift and thank you note for returning to the hotel this was a great personal touch.
The staff throughout the hotel are very helpful special mention to Maria, Mariana and Mr Sam in the restaurants so helpful and greeted everyday with a smile these staff are a credit to Pernera Beach Hotel. Food throughout all restaurants was excellent great quality and selection available. For an all inclusive we also enjoyed the drink on offer nice cocktails and beer selection.
Entertainment team worked hard to keep guests happy obviously what’s on offer is not to everyone’s taste but every day there was something organised for the guests.
The beach was lovely soft sand and clear waters never felt crowded.
The hotel is kept very clean to all areas.
This hotel offers great value for money we would recommend this for couples and families also great for a wedding venue.
We will certainly consider returning to this hotel.

We traveled as 3 adults and stayed in a superior sea view room. The room had a spacious balcony with a wonderful sea view on the third floor. The room was quite spacious with enough storage space. We had a double bed and an extra bed. The extra bed is not very comfortable for an adult, it is a folding chair. But 11 nights can be managed on that.
In the hotel was perfect cleanliness, cleaning and changing towels in the room every day. The staff in the restaurants and outside at the bar are fantastic and very nice, always willing, helpful with a nice smile.
The food is simply perfect. A large selection, always fresh, including fruit, vegetables and desserts. You don't have to wait anywhere, there is plenty of space for eating everywhere. The only little thing we were missing was some kind of sweet or cookie at snack time to have with coffee. There were only fruits, hamburgers, fries …
There are two pools, one for everyone, the other for adults only. Always clean, tidy. Very comfortable new sunbeds. A place for sunbeds on the lawn and by the pools, perfectly maintained and clean.
As for the animation… we don't look for this entertainment, but there wasn't much animation in this hotel, which I welcomed. It would be possible to consider moving the Bingo game from the main terrace to the lounge inside.

Everything about this hotel is first class. The position of the hotel is amazing, we had a wonderful view of the sea from our balcony. The hotel is so clean, everything you could want in the rooms. The staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice of food, lots of choice of sun beds around the pool. Also the animation team were friendly and worked really hard to entertain everyone.

Amazing week in Pernera beach hotel. Food was brilliant and lots to choose from every day. Junior suit with private pool was also amazing and well worth it. Don’t want to leave : (

Lovely clean hotel, food really nice great choice excellent breakfast, rooms are nice comfortable bed and pillows, pool a little chilly but OK once your in, drink are OK not branded so possibly a little weaker than some people are used to, but we wouldn't hesitate in returning, staff are very friendly 😀
