We used Myexclusive Villas to hire a holiday villa in Cyprus and would highly recommend them. From the initial booking, right through to check out, they kept in touch with fast responses to all my questions. Their customer service goes over and beyond what is the norm. A huge thankyou to Victoria for making our stay in Cyprus so wonderfully special and memorable.

We booked Villa Adalia by Kapparis beach. Good things. Great view, close to nice little beach. Large house. Bad things. Lots of things broken. Unsafe broken tiles and railing by the pool. Rusty BBQ equipment. Grimy tired musty house. We arrived Saturday, and were woken at the crack of dawn on Sunday due to a burst pipe. It was loud and we couldn’t stop it. It eventually stopped. Raised all of these issues with the host who said she would send a team over on Monday to fix things (just want we want on holiday! ). Looking at past AirBnB reviews, the broken tiles by the pool have been broken since last year and not fixed. I requested a 25%discount as really not happy, the owner said no and instead said he would give us a refund if we left before noon that day! I then spent most of the morning with AirBnB to ensure that I could get a refund and that this wasn’t some tactic to get us out and keep our money. We eventually did find something and airBnB confirmed a refund, so we packed up and left. Not pleasant. We are now unable to leave any review on AirBnB as the order was ‘cancelled’ so I’m sure other people will end up booking this place uninformed.

We had a wonderfull long stay at Villa Nora which is right next to the beach.
Service is perfect, place is very clean with all the amenities you need.

Absolutely stunning with a private pool, sauna and hot tub. A lift to use over the four floors was a bonus. I booked through a different agent but will definitely book direct next time. Victoria greeted us and was lovely and very helpful. Pick up and return to the airport was effortless.

Beautiful selection of villas — we were fortunate enough to stay in two of them. We’ve been staying in villas for years now and have been lucky enough not to need assistance from the rep however, this time we did. Victoria was amazing. We reported our issue just before lunch and within an hour, she was at our property with a resolution. Her customer service was faultless and she restored our confidence in MyExclusiveVillas 100%. We would absolutely recommend this business and will definitely use them again in the future.
