Konnos Beach Villas

Aesthetic place 🐚 with private pool, spacious, clean rooms and close to nature. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the scuba diving and spa experience.

Everything was perfect! Excellent service, friendly staff, and an amazing overall experience. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The spa itself looks amazing and has so much potential, but it is lacking some basic functionality.
I booked it for my husband’s birthday because I wanted it to be perfect. The sauna was nice, but the steam room was very smelly and had who-knows-how-old water sitting at the bottom. It seems to have been poorly designed and built, as the water doesn’t drain properly and just stays there. The floor doesn’t have the right slope for the water to flow out, which makes it a breeding ground for bacteria. The smell was very bad, almost as if there was no proper ventilation bringing in fresh air. We couldn’t use it at all.
We also booked a couple’s massage, and a man and a woman arrived. I expected they would ask about our preference, as I knew my husband would feel uncomfortable having a male therapist give him a relaxing massage for an hour. However, they never asked. He felt very uncomfortable throughout the session.
Then came the most awaited part of the day: the hot tub. It was 32°C. Thirty-two?! A hot tub should be at least body temperature, usually even warmer. It was too cold for us to use.
On top of that, there was no hot water in any of the showers.
All in all, we were very, very disappointed. I had been looking forward to this day so much, especially since we rarely get the chance to go anywhere without the kids, and it ended up being such a letdown.

Went to the cave spa at this resort, had a full body massage from lovely Amy, very relaxing. Enjoyed the experience the spa area is beautiful, clean and a great place to relax. I will definitely return as I live in agia napa. Amy is so friendly and makes you feel extremely welcome. Vernon & James x.

An amazing resort that sits on one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus. Stunning rooms, excellent service, everything at a very high level. Highly recommended.

Lovely location and lovely villas, only one complaint about the service. Staff in the restaurant — very unhelpful and act as though you shouldn’t be there.

Its location near the stunning beaches and nature trails offers an idyllic setting for relaxation. The villas are spacious and modern, featuring private pools, underground parking, and impressive smart house installations that add a touch of luxury and convenience.
The staff's professionalism and friendliness enhance the experience, with their attentiveness leaving a lasting impression.
There is a clubhouse with a restaurant (with direct to villa delivery), spa, fitness center, and easy beachfront access, making it a well-rounded retreat.
The beds were some of the most comfortable I had slept on.
The rooftop was a nice addition also however due to being windy during our stay we didn't use it. There is also a lift in the villa taking you to all floors from the basement parking up to the rooftop veranda.
It’s a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and natural beauty.
I'd definitely recommend and would certainly want to revisit soon!

The villas are great. Neatly designed. Everything feels new and the place is gorgeous, but the real spice here are the staff. Each and every individual is extremely nice, attentive and helpful, from reception to restaurant and room service. And for are the ones who turned great stay into exceptional.

I just wanted to say — Thank You! We enjoyed our stay in Periyiali villas so so much! Its so beautifull there, and special thanks to the receptionist — Steve, he was so kind and helping, and thanks to all staff! Everything is so clean, fresh, beautifully decorated, just paradise! We will come back 100%! We loved it was so calming, and no noise, just birds sing! The underground parking was very extra bonuss! We loved this place! I would give 11 out of 10 :)

Baeutiful place and awesome stuff! The view is absolutely amazing, you can see the beach everywhere tou look. Ioannis the waiter was so listening and aware to all of our needs and made this experience much more fun!

Wow! Amazing and beautiful place, super sweet and caring staff, great food, scenic and unique location. Can’t beat it. 10/10 recommend. Thanks so much to all the staff for hosting us and especially Iannis, Demitri and Angelo! Additionally we used the conference room for events and meetings and it was very convenient and professional.

What an amazing place to stay. Six of us in a sea view villa amazing. Been coming to Cyprus on and off for over ten years and this place is the best. All the staff and management can't do enough for you nothing is a problem and their goal is to make your stay memorable and it certainly was in this case. Three of us used the spa for massage ect and Alex is very professional and great at his job. The security are so helpful from helping us bring in shopping ect to driving the girls back to the villa. A special thanks to Steve on security who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was no problem from start to finish. Thanks to all that worked on the desk at reception we even got an extension on our last day due to a late flight. Once again this hoilday was fantastic… and have no hesitation in recommending this villas.

Beautiful surroundings (the beaches and views are fantastic) and a great trip, unfortunately made very difficult by the robberies that took place at the complex. It seems that multiple homes in the complex were robbed on the same night. Our insurance only covered part of the losses incurred and it does not seem that there is a path to finding the thieves, as we understood that no security cameras had been installed on site. I wish I would feel comfortable to go back here, but I would think twice about returning after what took place.
