We have visited Green Bay Villas 16 in May 2024.3 days before our arrival they asked for 500 euro deposit, which was not written in Booking, but we paid it anyway. The house was OK, but for 6 nights nobody came to check it, to change sheets or towels. After a lot of searching, we found a broom, thrown on a very difficult for reaching place. There weren’t even garbage bags. So, our opinion is that the house is OK, but there is none maintenance. The big surprice was that the host holds 80 euro from deposit, because of extra cleaning after us. The only cleaning was that we didn’t throw the last bags of garbage. I should say that he did that after having a rate in Booking. So my advice is not to rate them, before have your deposit back.

We were asked for a deposit of 400 euros. We arrived, 2 lids from the toilet had broken tabs, they were moving, one of the children fell when he sat down and broke in 2, a piece of the tile was cracked (this is what I found.
