Constantinos the Great Beach Hotel

Let’s start with the positives — if you haven’t come out yet you still have time to change hotel.
This hotel is a minus 5 star. Believe the negative reviews you read online. The managers at reception have an attitude problem. To say this hotel is rubbish, I wouldn’t have the audacity to speak to paying customers like that.
The bar man was a bit creepy asking to take picture with my one year old daughter. I had to say no to this. This would never happen in England. The entertainment guy was lovely, friendly and chatty. The waiting staff were lovely, attentive and helpful.
The food? Old, smelly and kept getting reused. If you have allergies probably not the place for you. Some of the foods don’t even have labels on so you don’t know what you’re eating. The chicken has hair on; the bread is stale and the rice smells like it’s been re heated for 100th time. It’s the same stuff on repeat. The plates, cups and cutlery smells like a wet dog has licked them. We had all inclusive but only ate dinner one night here.
The hotel itself is old, dirty and run down. There’s ants everywhere, furniture is grim, bathroom towels are dirty, not fresh or white. Had a cot for the baby that looked like it had been picked up from the street. Rooms weren’t cleaned properly just beds remade. The sun beds are disgusting, stained and dirty.
The only positive is location is good and the view is lovely. You’ll be looking at the view a lot because the swimming pools are freezing.

Hotel Constantinos is very well located with a large, developed area of infrastructure, sunbeds very many, well located on the grass by the sandy beach. Good waiter service. And that's the end of the pluses. 5 Stars by name only. Rooms and bathrooms cleaned superficially, you have to ask for washing accessories — maids do not leave, sometimes you have to ask for a towel that is missing, cleaning just like, under the bed not cleaned from a month of time — a ton of dust and dirt, you also have to ask for, for example, Coffe for brewing, drinking water in the rooms is no (subtropical zone)! Extremely stupid savings the more so because such water in the store costs 0.70 euros. The head of the room staff completely does not require any cleaning standard. Sauna open a few hours only until 17.30 is a mockery. Food at breakfast correct but very monotonous, all the time the same. At dinner, the food varied and tasty — ok. Waiter service very nice and helpful. Overall, the hotel deserves 3.5 Stars.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night with all inclusive package. First impression was about the location which is great, hotel is clean and very friendly staff.
By entering the room we felt very strong smell of washing liquid, like bleach. It took some time for airing.
We were not satisfied with drinks. Even with all inclusive package you will still need to pay for a drinks, for example frappe, non alcoholic bear, virgin mojito or soda water — these are not included. The drinks which are included are very low quality, syrups with lot of sugar. No lemonades or fresh juices offered.
Food was tasty, but this hotel is more about meat, not fish.

Lovely hotel, although I wouldn’t say it is a ‘5 star’. We prepaid for half board and most nights we didn't even eat the dinner. Selection and quality was slightly disappointing in comparison to the size of the hotel. Staff were okay, attended to needs but didn’t bring much warmth to the environment. The hotel is located on beach, but the beach is entirely private and a small fee is required to stay on a sun lounger.

We stayed here for a week before the summer season began. The amenities, service, staff, location and food was impeccable!
Lovely treatment and high quality service from the host, reception, dining hall, beach bar and auxiliary services alike.
We didn't expect this level of hospitality and were more than pleasantly surprised.
We can only recommend this resort and will make sure to return here for another holiday.

An average 4-star hotel (it shows 5 star) room was comfortable, with tea / coffee making facilities and fridge, shame the cleaning lady was so short! She could ´ nt dust room right! otherwise ok. The meals were quite good, but cost very little choice for sweet drinks (pudding) are 5 star, (a credit card). Staff were always friendly and helpful. The town was very quiet, with the exception of construction noise (it was February) as well as the beach, which was fenced and also a building site with noise, with him! However, the be ready before the main season, they say? Cyprus is just as expensive as the United Kingdom now days! What a pity.

The hotel is beautiful. The service was super. Took all inclusive. In the restaurant you will immediately attach multilingual waiter. All very helpful. Choice in the restaurant good. Prepare delicious, a lot of meat, vegetables, and fruits. Rooms are new, clean, large. Cleaning and change of linen 5. Everywhere very clean. The area is small. Think children there is not very interesting, as there is no special entertainment. But if you are without children and want to spend your holidays in comfort, I advise you.
