The staff are generally described as friendly, polite, and attentive. Receptionist Monica and booking manager Demetris are specifically noted for their help in resolving issues. The waiters (particularly Jason and Comfort) are very sociable and always in a good mood. However, some guests noted a language barrier, as some staff members speak only English.

The hotel features several restaurants (including Stone Grill, Taverna, Mediterranean, and Sushi) and bars. Breakfasts are diverse, offering the chance to try honey directly from the comb, although some guests complain about the coffee. The All Inclusive system receives mixed reviews: some are delighted with the cocktails and seafood, while others find the basic option meager, with cold food and paid drinks, recommending an upgrade to the Ultra package. There is a separate table for children, and simple dishes (pasta, rice) can be ordered upon request.

Opinions on the rooms are divided: many consider them modern, spacious, and clean following renovation, noting the convenient touch control for lighting and air conditioning. However, there are complaints about dust in the wardrobes, and mold and rust in the bathrooms of some rooms. Some guests are dissatisfied with the quality of the linens, the lack of duvet covers, and oversized pillows that are unsuitable for children. The view from the window can either be wonderful (overlooking the sea) or unfortunate (facing the parking lot or trash containers with an unpleasant smell).

Room cleaning is performed daily, but some guests describe it as superficial. There is a significant issue with towels: many note that they can only be replaced once a day in the morning (around 10:00 AM), and beach towels are often unavailable during business hours.

The hotel has a pool surrounded by bars, which many find beautiful and clean. However, there are also negative reviews: the pool is not heated and falls into the shadow of the building in the afternoon. Some guests are unhappy with the renovation, feeling that the pool now resembles a children's pool due to its shallow depth and the abundance of inflatable toys, which hinders adults from swimming.

The hotel has its own beach with clear, warm water, suitable for snorkeling. The entry into the sea is predominantly rocky, so coral shoes are recommended. Green Bay sandy beach is located a few minutes' walk away. It should be noted that beach loungers and umbrellas are often provided for an additional fee.

There is a spa salon on site where the quality of massages is highly rated, though booking is required at least 24 hours in advance. For active leisure, yoga, aqua aerobics, football, billiards, mini-golf, and tennis courts are available. The hotel also hosts evening shows with live music in a Greek style.

The hotel is considered an excellent option for a family vacation. A rich animation program is organized for children with a clear schedule: sculpting, origami, Lego, pottery, and cookie baking. There are playgrounds, a mini-park, and a special children's table in the dining area. Children's discos and outdoor cartoon screenings are held in the evenings.

Returning guests and some visitors are greeted upon arrival with welcome drinks (champagne, wine), fruits, and sweets in the room.
