Blue Pelagos Villa

This was our 4th time staying in Sunrise Bay villas and we look forward to returning again in future. The villa is spacious and has great outdoor space and a very well maintained swimming pool. The air con works really well and the bedrooms are all spacious. The kitchen is also well equipped. La Mer are always on hand to answer any questions and I highly recommend them.

Highly Recommend! Very clean and spacious villa with anything you would need during your stay. Located in a nice quiet area, easy to pick up taxis or have groceries delivered. Customer service was extremely helpful during our stay!

We stayed in a beautiful villa in a secluded and quiet area near the sea. The villa had everything we needed, was clean and modern with a beautiful outdoor area. Colourful plants, large patio and stunning west facing pool to watch the sunset.
Great communication with LA Mer Homes. They were always so helpful.
We did not want to leave!

Really enjoyed our stay in La Mer Villa Greco Mare — check in was easy and support via booking. Com and what’s app was quick and helpful when we had a couple of teething issues with Wi-Fi. Our village was clean and fully equipped for our family of four. Wonderful views of the sea and pool maintained (two visits for maintenance in one week). Special thanks for Margarita from La Mer. Would recommend and hope to visit again.
Tips for travel —
101 bus stops are just by the supermarket at the end of the road goes from Waterpark to Protaras. The 102 goes the other direction. Very regular and very helpful drivers!

The villa was excellent. It was spacious and exceptionally clean and beaches were within walking distance, as were some great restaurants.
Communications with La Mer Villa Holidays was also very good, with prompt replies to any questions. Our kettle was missing when we arrived but that was quickly fixed.
I'd would happily use La Mer Villa Holidays again.

I booked a villa with La Mer through booking. Com and the villa was absolutely lovely. The company was very responsive and helpful, giving us all the information needed to make everything go smoothly. The villa was in a great location, with walking distance to restaurants and shops, plus a beach just at the end of the garden. The pool and gardens were lovely, plenty of space, with amazing views. Would use again.

We arrived at Kymma Villa on the 26th March and immediately found problems with the villa. Contacted Lamer homes next morning with the issues, especially regarding the uncomfortable beds, where the springs through the mattress, could be felt and made for a very uncomfortable night for us especially my partner who is didabled. A technician was sent, but was unable to fix most of the problems, in fact he added to the list by incorrectly wiring a socket causing the circuit to permanantly trip. I called next day as office had closed and no emergency number to be found in the villa. Apparently it was on an email that was sent previously, but without the internet as a result of loss of electric I could not access the email. The next day on the 29th we used the washing machine and unknown to myself it leaked water on the tiles causing me to slip and strain my thigh, not that Lamer were in slightest bit interested. The technician arrived back again and resolved a few issues, but left the bed problem and the washing machine unfixed. An aircon engineer arrived but could not fix the aircon in the loung either. By this time we had had enough and demanded a full refund and stated that we would leave the next day. Lamer offered alternative accommodation but only one was suitable, but by this time we had lost faith in the company and refused their offer. We therefore left on the morning of the 4th day.

Villa was big, with a nice sized pool.
And all the amenities and equipment needed for a great holiday.
Villa is in a great location and only 10 minutes walk to the main strip of Protaras with plenty of restaurant's and bars. Lidl supermarket 5 minutes away by car.
No instructions for the safe deposit box. (We checked every draw and cupboard in the Villa) This has been mentioned in a previous review. Instructions were sent after requesting, but these didn’t work either. Someone was sent to the villa four days later.
Two of the remotes controls for the air con units had flat batteries, which I had to replace to get the units to work.
Villa wasn’t as clean as it could be inside and is starting to look a little tired now and could benefit from re painting inside and new blinds at the windows.
Pool had some green above the waterline on the inside of it.
Will be interested to see if these improvements are made as most companies just talk about making improvements from customers reviews and don’t actually do anything.
Apart from the negative bits, we still enjoyed our stay and would possibly stay again.

We had a fab time, Villa was perfectly located and spotlessly clean on arrival. Plenty of cups, plates and cooking utensils. Oil and salt etc would have been a nice touch, but easy to buy so not really a problem. The villa is well laid out with plenty of room for a family of 6-8.
We all enjoyed the pool, especially the early morning dips!
Fig tree bay is beautiful, the bars and restaurants were good and plenty of shops for gifts to take home.
Overall a brilliant holiday I would highly recommend and would stay again in the future. 5/5☆

We stayed in the villa for a few days, it was fantastic! It was very clean and spacious with very good location near the beach. Everything was available such as plates, toilet paper and towels etc. I am satisfied with the services on HomeToGo (Marilena) as the worker kept checking in on us to see if the villa met our expectations 👍🏻

Our stay at the villa was a serene escape. The property was clean, and the pool, regularly maintained. Located in a quiet area just 7-10 minutes from the city center by car, it offered the perfect balance. Responsive customer service made our experience hassle-free. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It is located near the most beautiful beaches in Protaras. It is excellently equipped. On the first floor, there is a beautiful terrace that you can access from the apartment and where you can enjoy the evenings. The pictures on the booking are completely relevant. We had excellent support from the team during our stay. My recommendation for those who like a nice, modern and comfortable environment with a magical view.

The villa was spacious and very clean. It was well furnished and very comfortable. The pool was very well maintained and the pool area had lots of sun loungers and a large table and chairs.
The villa was very close to bars and restaurants but the noise from these was minimal.
A couple of problems we had were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
We only used one bed in the main bedroom but this was very comfortable.
The only negative was a constantly crying child from the next door villa.
The welcome pack was very minimal and an information pack would have been helpful, but we had a great 2 weeks at the villa never the less.

We wanted a villa with pool in a quiet location, with private outdoor space being our main priority. Villa Marilena could not have been more perfect for us, we loved it! The villa is well equipped and simply furnished in a rustic style. There is a covered terrace with a very comfortable seating area for shade. The pool is a decent size with steps into the water and a lovely infinity feature when the filter comes on and you get the relaxing waterfall sound. The pool was maintained twice during our week by Andreas who was lovely. The garden is beautiful, completely private and not overlooked by anything. The balcony connecting the 2 upstairs bedrooms has a sea view and if you get up early you can catch the sunrise. There are 2 well stocked supermarkets and a lovely, traditional restaurant (To Elinadiko) just a short walk (no more than 5mins) from the villa. The coastal path leading into Protaras is also within easy reach. You can walk into the centre of Protaras in about 40mins, and the walk is beautiful with plenty of restaurants, bars & cafes along the way. The beaches are beautiful, the nearer you get into town, the bigger & busier they are, but we liked the little quieter coves at our end of town. This was our first visit to Cyprus, Protaras is beautiful. There are loads of cats which we loved, they are so friendly but only if you encourage them, otherwise they stay away and don't bother you. We would love to return someday and I would happily choose Villa Marilena again!

Best accomodation in Protaras. Clean house, well equipped, private pool and cozy patio. Close to nice small beaches yet very quiet and peacefull. We are planning to come back every year for the rest of our lives. ☺️
