  Kindly note that a security deposit is required to cover the cost of any damages at the property. The security deposit will either be prepaid or paid to the property owner upon arrival. The owner reserves the right to refuse entry to the property in case the security deposit has not been paid.

  Kindly note that no groups aged below an average of 25 years old are allowed.

  Please inform Bay View Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

  Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

  A security deposit of € 1000.0 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

  Child policies: Children of any age are welcome. To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.

  The minimum age for check-in is 28

  Smoking is not allowed.

  Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
