Super villa — well equipped & lovely pool. And great location for the beach, local restaurant & bars. Highly recommended.
Gorgeous villa, finished to a high standard, lovely pool with very communicative owners, nothing was a bother to them. Great location just on the edge of the strip not too close but within walkable distance. Absolutely loved the beach, fig tree bay it’s beautiful. Lovely restaurants to choose from on the strip and gorgeous hotels and bar to pop in for a drink. Will be back :)

The location is excellent, close to bus stops and within walking distance of the main strip. We had a rental car, so we drove to the beaches rather than walking.
The villa is new, modern, beautifully maintained, and even better than it looks in the photos. It has everything you could possibly need—and more—including a shaker, toaster, barbecue, pizza oven, a smart TV with excellent streaming options, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi.
The private pool is fantastic and was perfect for both the adults and our six-year-old. The bedrooms are very well furnished, and the beds are comfortable. The sleeping arrangement—two rooms with two single beds each and one room with a double bed—was ideal for our family with children.
One small point to be aware of is that some upbeat music can be heard from the nearby hotel during the late morning and early evening, as well as some noise from the nearby road. However, the noise was not noticeable inside the villa and did not disturb our stay.
The photos really do not do the villa justice—it is even more beautiful in person. Even the Google Maps street image is outdated: there is no graffiti, and the street is now attractive and nicely renovated.
Overall, this is a beautiful, comfortable, and very well-equipped villa in a great location. We would happily stay here again!
