La Terrazza Hotel

Advise you not to choose this hotel because:
1 — They tried to scam us. I ordered a meal to our room, and the staff member who I delivered it made us sign a paper and also asked for cash. I paid, but at check-out, the reception asked us again for payment for the meal we had already paid for.
2 — The meals are far too expensive beyond what one could imagine.
3 — The quality of the Wi-Fi internet is very weak.

Nice hotel and workers are smiling and room is quite large and l stayed 3 night but l could not sleep very well because there were a few mosquitoes in the room every night. And there was a fan noise coming from outside and maybe l should have changed the room, so it has impressive breakfast place at eight floor and it's nice to listen music at the floors.

My mom and I stayed at La Terraza for over 2 weeks in December, 2023. It was the best experience we could ever hope for! We were in a studio which is like a luxury apartment with a spacious living room and a kitchen with a dining table and even an electric stove! The hotel staff are wonderful — friendly, professional, and competent. Especially Ms. Simge, who is the manager of the front office, is exceptional! Great customer service and communication skills! Honestly, all personnel, head of cleaning, the cleaning crew, all are very skilled. Oh and the best thing about La Terraza is its restaurant on the rooftop! The food is excellent and they have a big menu. They’re not cheap, but we found their prices to be comparable to other restaurants and for the most part, their food was better. Breakfasts were included in our package which I highly recommend, cause their breakfast buffet is quite rich!
If you’ll be in the city of Famagusta, La Terraza is walking distance to everything – grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, historical places, etc.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Famagusta!

We live in Paphos and have regularly stayed in Gazimagusa. This hotel is amazing. Excellent welcome by reception, followed by the porter carrying our bags swiftly to the room. We had a junior suite which did not disappoint. Spacious, very very clean and modern, with a great size fridge. Bedroom felt like I was staying at a friends home. Beautifully decorated and free mosquito plug in the rooms which are required throughout all of Cyprus when the weather is at its hottest. Powerful shower with complimentary gels and lotion. I loved the pillows and the bed is firm, but that is to my personal preference. Lovely mood lighting throughout.
Two balcony’s, one off the bedroom and one off the living room. The only thing that would of made the stay outstanding is balcony chairs and table.
Now onto the top floor restaurant …. Outstanding views, fabulous decor and the food was to die for. It’s a no brainier to eat here. The service was superb.
There is another drinks and eating area next to reception which is so inviting. This hotel and restaurant is definitely going to be our “ go to “ place when visiting the North.

Excellent hotel, new and clean. The hotel staff was very helpful and happy to help. The room was clean and spacious, a large and comfortable shower. The only "bad" thing I can say is that the bed wasn't so compterble as I hoped. The restaurant was excellent, a bit expensive relative to the city price's, but worth the food and the service there was also excellent.
The breakfast is good, coffee and pancakes, breads.
All and all, good value for money. Although there is no pool, but it was not important to me, a reasonable walking distance from the sea, not so close, but you can take taxi. Anywhere.
I think that in terms of a hotel located in the city center is the best, I also stayed at the Grand Sapphire which was very nice, but this hotel is better in my opinion.
I will come back here for sure.
