Best value/money Apartments Hotels in Protaras! Rating it 5 because the pros really outweight the cons 1. The location is 3 out of 5, as the walk to the beach is over 1km. Otherwise perfect when driving a car. There is small food store across the street, and the best alco market shop (biggest selection — best prices on Cyprus) is 200 meters away! 2. Rooms are 5 (those that are renovated). ~60% of rooms have been recently renovated, look nice and fresh. A/C included by default. Rooms provide just everything needed for cooking. The only thing many rooms are missing is corkscrew — guests are running to the bar to open wine bottles. (the Administrator should look into that to make kitchen gear stocked to the top notch) 3. Amenities are few but well maintained. There are 2 pools (larger and kids) both are fine. 4. The meals are 4 out 5. Continental breakfast is frugal choice, but everything (eggs, bacon, meats, veggies, cheese plate etc) are decent quality. The only things is missing — not putting up any single fruit regardless of season. Dinners consist of the same daily menu (about 8 set meals which are mostly fastfood category) but are good money/quality wise. 5. The general service is very good. Just under 5 out 5. The rooms service cleaned our rooms 5 days out of 7 on a given week (including changing towels, beds, mopping floors, etc). The lobby\bar staff were all very nice people and were actually helpful.

The hotel is in a good location. Breakfast was good. Spacious apartment. Large Swimming Pool.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The apartment is very spacious, has everything you need-from a teaspoon to a frying pan and even a toaster. Convenient location near the center of Protaras, near there is a bus stop.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 years. The hotel is in a great location, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are Russian. The only minus is the distance from the sea, but it is compensated by the price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. For breakfast, eggs, bacon, toast, sausages, pancakes, pastries, jams, salads and vegetables, etc. Are offered.

Everything is fine, each room has a kitchen. It is only necessary to update the interiors, change the lighting and provide in the room dishwashing detergent and sponge.

Great hotel for the money. Clean spacious apartments with kettles and a stove (adapter only one, so it's best to stock up on them beforehand). Bed linen and towels are changed 2 times a week. There is a decent pool. Breakfast is quite monotonous, but tasty.

What a fantastic place to stay. Really loved our time at Sweet Memories. Lovely people and a nice, peaceful relaxing atmosphere.

What can I say I love coming here so much that it genuinely hurts me to leave after 6 years of ups and downs in life the thought of sweet memories makes me feel alive again. I have been been coming here yearly throughout very very hard times but with staff to mention a few… Future wife Tina lol, Sock, George, Lukus, Thomas, Lian & sorry for many more staff I left out like all the the very very honest cleaners that is so hard working & underestimated by some residents. I love you all so very much and I am counting down the days till I get back. Love you Guys so so much. God Bless xxxx.

Excellent very friendly great holiday.

The lovle people and staff. And a lovely place to stay.

Only the second here but hotel staff seem very pleasant, same old thing no sunbeds left after 7 am, apartments clean but very basic, extra charge for air con, overall impression so far not to bad for the price, weather extremly hot, I'll get back when I've explored deeper.
