Had lunch at Sunrise Gardens. Food was magnificent, tasty and generous servings. Staff were very welcoming and very premises very clean. Quite a quirky hotel. Well worth a visit xx.

Just came back from sunrise gardens after 2 wk. Stay, this was our 4 stay and. As usual thouraly enjoyed. It can't fault the place fab staff, food rooms clean just 10 out of 10 as always. Xx.

This hotel is 1st rate, staff and hotel are excellent and friendly.

Unfortunately we are on our last night the time has flown The only thing I can give a negative on is the Wi-Fi in the apartments is OK in the living room but in the bedroom is not very good Everywhere is beautiful and and clean The staff are lovely and always have a smile I will definitely be coming back.

Super clean nice staff. Food could have more choice, and when eating far too many staff who only stand rum and clear dishes instead of asking if man still wants to drink something.

Been to this hotel from when it was called The Sandra to now when it is called Sunrise Gardens. Reason we keep coming back… it is clean. Comfortable rooms… fantastic staff all very helpful especially the reception. Don't know all the girls but will mention Vasiliki … and the Restaurant staff. Will be coming back again soon.

Very clean, comfortable the stuff are much more friendly, location is good its a calm area 10 min drive from ayia napa. Love it.

Expensive but good food, close to the sea and Fig Tree Beach, calm and not tense. Great place.

Fully refurbished very clean and tidy. Staff are excellent and food is very good. Location is excellent on the strip and close to the beach but quiet at night.

A wonderful hotel — our 2nd time here, we will be back Friendly staff always Very clean comfortable rooms Food excellent with plenty of choices to suit all tastes Good pools plenty of sunbeds Quick access to "the strip" for the bars and entertainment 5 mins walk to wonderful sandy beach and within walking distance to the famous Fig Tree Bay.

Food and service excellent. Location ideal close to Sandy beach. Right in the heart of "the strip" for night life. Air Con superb. I would return no problem.

Been to Cyprus many Times before. This is my 1st stay at Sunrise Gardens. If there are Any negative comments about the hotel then those people must be delusional. The place is fantastic. I'll Definitely be coming back.

Fabulous place! Prekrastno people, warm sea… A lot of shops, lots of cafes and restaurants…

Really nice hotel. Great location. Staff all really friendly. Never had an issue getting a sun lounger in the morning. No real negatives — I wasn't a huge fan of the evening buffet, BUT I'm not a buffet fan anyway (although I liked the breakfast) so that's probably just me, the dine out options were great. If I was visiting Protaras again I'd happily stay here.

Very nice and clean hotel! The staff is courteous and always ready to help! Convenient location. Everything is great! I recommend it!

High quality of service, attentive staff, excellent food.

The hotel is very pleasant, everything is good and with the food everything is not bad service on a nice level. The room was very clean. In general, it is clearly not three stars. Recommend to travel without any but. In two weeks not one unresolved conflict, always all go to a meeting.

This is a nice hotel which is well priced for what you get. We stayed at the Sunrise Pearl last year which is next door and ran by the same company. The Sunrise Pearl is 5 star, this is 4 star. They are both nice hotels. This hotel is getting all the room refurbished at the end of this year which will make it perfect. After a recent review I thought it only fair to point out that whilst the Wifi is not excellent, it's better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed at and does work in other areas apart from the lobby. The lobby has recently been refurbished and is cool and modern. There is a choice of restaurants which serve excellent food and have very friendly staff. The beach is excellent with crystal clear waters. We are very hard to please and were not disappointed, we have been on holidays at twice the price which were not as nice!

I just came home after a week at this hotel and it was my first negative experience at a hotel ever. After having stayed in many other 4star and 3 star hotels on Cyprus and numerous in Greece, Spain, Egypt, Thailand, New York and other places around the world I have never felt I had to write a negative review to warn people. When we arrived we got a room with side seaview which had adjoining doors to 2 other rooms with no noise isolation as a result no sleep for the first 2 nights do to crying baby in one of the rooms next door. After a lot of back and forth we did get another room with no adjoining doors. The rooms and hotel in general are dated with furniture from the 80s except for the lobby area. The hotel gives you an impression of a cold sad place with no character whatsover. On top of that its stuck back in the old ways of running a hotel. The elevators were disgustingly worn down and not clean. The hotel is falling apart. The hall ways the rooms omg a disaster. The receptionists spend a lot of time trying to move people from room to room because of all the unhappy customers. We heard people all week wanting to change room and complaining. Every time I passed by the reception someone wanted to change rooms. It was a mess… The Wi-Fi is a scandal in itself as it only works in the lobby.

Going back soon at the end of the month, for the 7th year running, been to other hotels but always come back here for our main holiday, the hotel is spotless, rooms are spacious and comfortable pool is great, and you have your room number tag on sunbed so knowone else can go on them for the duration of your stay wish other hotels would do this, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful and do their upmost to make your holiday everything you want, the food is delicious, we often order food to our room from the reef bar early evening for a change dining on the balcony watching the evening sun go down. The bars on the main protaras strip are a great night out.

We have got a great holiday here. Hotel is very nice and beach is beautiful. The Fig Tree bay is a walking distance. Highly recommended.

Just had the most fantastic holiday at the sunrise pearl in protaras. This hotel is spectacular, The best hotel by far that we have experienced in our time traveling throughout europe and afar. We had such a relaxing time here. The food provided at this hotel was outstanding, big thanks the chefs. Amazing staff at the hotel, so helpful and courteous towards us. Big thanks to George, Louvisa and Anna who kept everthing running smoothly and a big thanks to all the staff who became part of our holiday from the reception to the restaurants to the pool area. We wouldn't have had such an amazing experience without you all. We will definitely be coming back to the sunrise pearl (this would be a first for us as we always try somewhere different for a holiday destination, this shows how great this hotel experience was for us) our 25th anniversary was something special and the bubbly on arrival was a nice touch. we miss it already, keep up the good work guys, see you all in the near future. from kevin and linda xx.
