Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. Shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. Definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! We love CYPRUS❤

Kapetanios hotel is a very nice hotel for the money it demands. It isnt anything special so dont expect any luxury but its a nice hotel. It has a nice breakfast that will satisfy you and it has a nice pool. Its a nice hotel ti stay if you are the kind of person that just wants a hotel to sleep and eat breakfast.

The hotel is located in the centre of the resort town of Protoras. The hotel is not very big. The setting is decent, the lobby has free Wi-Fi. From the sea is cut, but from the roof of the hotel is very good to watch the show of fantans. There are McDonald's near the hotel. In the walking observation deck of Protoras.

Nice clean hotel, perfect location for bars and food, rooms clean and decent size with fridge kettle and safe all free which is a good bonus cause most hotels charge for fridge and safe, only downside was the food not very appertising or much choice we stayed h/b but had a few meals out, would definately stay at this hotel again but would be s/catering. Oh and staff very helpful and polite.

The hotel is family-run (in the sense of generation al-generation run by the family). 3 stars with a stretch, no more.
3rd or 4th coastline, stands next to the Macdak (at night the disco, I did not interfere), to the sea of honest mines 10. A small hotel, rooms with a view of the sea no more than 12, so if you buy for extra money — the superior side sea view is not even fooled by it, if these rooms are occupied at the time of your settlement, you get — the standard. As a result, overpayment of more than 5000 euros is not worth it. Food: breakfast is always the same, you will not die of hunger, lunch is not tried, dinner is always (for a week) varied. If the nearest and available rooms in the neighboring Tsokos, then definitely — there. Whether I will go here again — definitely not. This hotel will recommend only if you snatched it for some freebie (for a week thousand for 50 for two and NOT MORE), if not, then look something closer to the sea.
Took the tour with 27.07.18 to 03.08.18 for 79100 (the specification of the flight is already taken into account in this price tag).

The hotel is located on two lines. It's not far from the sea. I'm even glad the hotel wasn't on the 1st line as you can walk. The hotel staff take care of the comfort of their guests very well. There is free Wi-Fi running throughout the Capetanios. The water in the pool is very warm. She's hot by lunchtime. There is a children's pool.
Of the cons: did not meet the expectations of the playground. (A zone with grass and one small slide, all for kids. ) The kitchen is good, we had breakfast and dinner but the choice is not great.
But in general, I'm putting the hotel on 5. I advise everyone to come here.

We have just returned home after an 11 night stay here, the hotel was absolutely spotless. The room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels daily. The hotel is situated in a prime location without it being noisy. We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful hotel, like three stars. The rooms are not large, but cozy, clean. Pros: free Wi-Fi, safe. Great kitchen, affordable bar prices. The location is good, 5 min to the sea, the central street with cafes, shops. It's a little noisy at night, but with the windows closed, everything is OK. And another big plus, from the roof and you can see the "famous" show of fountains, imperviated, i. E. Dar, which will save your budget (if it's interesting to someone). The hotel is wonderful, I recommend. Good rest!

It's a great hotel! We rested in June with my wife and mother. Requested through the tour operator room with an supplement. Bed. To our surprise, the hotel provided a room with two rooms. We didn't even expect it and were pleasantly surprised. The food, I believe, is at an excellent level. A lot of rest with the children, on this for breakfast here prepare porridge and I see this for the first time in my five visits to Cyprus. In short, a great hotel.

Lovely and clean everything you need in the bedroom free safe easy to use. Air-conditioning fantastic. Free shower gel and shampoo. Kettle and mugs but need to bring your own coffee and tea. Food good you can always find something to eat yesterday Sunday Roast beef pork gammon chicken small burgers roast potatoes veg and salad plenty of choice. Staff friendly.

Stayed in this hotel many times. Was always clean fabulous food but dated. Now after major refurbishment of rooms. Amazing! For the price you pay. Well done all of you at Kapetanios bay hotel Protaras.

1 st class hotel. Lovely large room and lovely interior and good size bathroom. And nice sea view. Lovely people that work in the hotel. Not 1 complaint. Very central for all near by beaches and all bars and restaurants and shops etc.

Nothing Everything is great! There is everything in the room. Restaurant: Excellent food, thanks to the chef. It is impossible to try everything. The staff respond to any requests. I advise everyone. In May the weather is wonderful.

The rooms are spacious, light clean. The food is excellent, considering that 3 stars are so super. The location is convenient, near many different cafes and shops.

I stayed here with my wife and son and we loved this Hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly. We used this hotel as a nase to get married and hooneymoon in Cyprus. We have wonderful memories and were glad to have chosen Kapetanios Bay Hotel. We will return in the future. :)

Good location, good food for 3 * (especially lunches, changed dinner for lunch) Many of the staff speak Russian, are friendly. The room was clean. But the main minus is the noise. From the institution Sfinx Music yells up to 2 nights every day. The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. I couldn't sleep. Because of that.

The family annex has been refurbished it's lovely.

If you are sensitive to white noise such as generators don't choose this hotel or make sure you get room away from the street where macdonalds is located. Macdonalds has some kind of generator there that produces non stop noise that is not allowing me to get more than two hours of sleep. I am up all the time and I have been sitting int he lobby since 5 am this mornig because I cannot stand the sound-it drives me crazy. Hotel was not able to change our room — we were told there is no. Other room big enough to acommodate us — it is four of us. We were promised to have another room to be shown to us — smaller one and we could choose if we wanted to go ahead and change it but at the end they haven't even showed us anything. I work hard and I needed relaxing vacation and this is a total nightmare for me as I am not getting enough sleep and have two energetic kids to look after — so no catch up sleep on the beach for me either. The room we are in is very outdated — definitely not 4 stars standard (by the way — hotel is 3 stars) and renovated as advertised — last time I use acommodation of this standard was when I was very young and had no money. BUT I can live with that — I just cannot handle the noise. (dont mind the street noise, but generator is awful) Super disapointed and super cranky by now.

Had a rest in 2008 year. The hotel is 3 stars. The room was excellent, kitchen bedroom balcony overlooks the pool area towards the sea. The morning buffet breakfast, evening meals, alcohol pay.

A nice hotel, but not as in the photo, they can not pay attention. Add in Photo 10-15 years. :) The food is good, and the meat enough. No fridge, no kettle.

Hotel normal. Star worth. At the reception there are Russian-speaking staff. Food does not shine, but normal. The hotel's convenient location allows you to watch from the roof of the building to Show the repairs free of charge. The sensations are unforgettable. In the rest of the hotel is removed from the beach at a distance of 5-10 minutes, next stop. From pluses for people with young children, located at a remote distance from the main crowd, so there is always a relatively quiet.

Only very worthy. Despite an explosion at a military base and power outages across the island, all good here :).

Just today returned from holiday in this hotel. The food and service is excellent for 3 stars only minus no fridge in the room.
