I had an awful experience in this hotel. First of all the staff were really rude, they dont know how to behave to customers, second of all in my room, on the bed, on the floor, I found ants, a lot of ants. The hotel generally was not clean. It was actually really Dirty. The only good thing is the view from your room balcony. This is definitely NOT a 4* hotel. So pitty I even paid this hotel.

The hotel is great, the service is perfect, almost all speak Russian. Sea across the road 200 m.

Good old hotel. We had a room on the 4th floor the view is breathtaking. The condo is a separate issue… very noisy and does not cool in any way. In room refrigerator and safe, everything works fine. Breakfasts and dinners excellent. About lunch so don't know how to take half Board. Had dinner at local cafes. Children's soup 2.90€. The people of the hotel not much good and comfortable. To the sea 5 minutes walk on a straight path. The sea is super warm with waves constantly, always. The centre 20-25 minutes on their own. There will be questions ask I will answer.

An all inclusive a little bogus, if you ask for a bottle of water to take in the room do not you give! To a maximum of one glass of water at the plug!

Good location and proximity to the sandy beach… few nice facilities like tennis court… Rooms a bit old fashioned but nice seaview. Overall good stay.

Unfortunately the staff made this stay awful. No one smiled or even acknowledged us, in the restaurant they were more concerned with counting how many tables had been in than seeing to guests and tidying tables. Food was ok but mainly cold, and we found dirty plates, cups and cutlery in restaurant. We were all inclusive but snacks in afternoon were only served 1 day. The room was clean and beds comfortable but that was the only positive.

We rested at this hotel from 4 to 17 September 2016. Three one year old child and we opted for this because:to go from the airport not very long (hour), sandy beach, which is still close to 3 minutes, there is a small children's pool, there is a close bus stop and you can easily hop on a bus and ride to the neighboring towns, aquapark and so on. The territory of hotel is small and we arrange it, because with a small child is very convenient, when it did not have far to run. No Playground, but we didn't need, because while a small child. And delicious food at the hotel good cook (we had all inclusive). Baby eat steamed vegetables (carrots, zucchini, cabbage, etc), potatoes, pasta, cheese. There was always something to eat. Entertainment… As such it is not enough:in the evening after dinner is usually baby dancing and if something else, it is for example, karaoke, and invited a magician, dancers in costume, the singer… and a Little boring to those who are accustomed to colorful animated show. But we personally arranged, we had enough! Toe baby let's dance and go to sleep. But of the CONS: I'm unhappy that bad Elevator! We lived on the 1st floor (in fact it is 2nd floor) and when you press the down button, it still came in the Elevator going upstairs, Zapolarny people. And we couldn't go down because of a stroller. Had to wait long.
