Coming to the end of an all inclusive week at River Rock and it's been great. All the staff are friendly and professional room was lovely and clean. Food was very nice. Covid compliant
would definitely stay again. Thank you for looking after us x.

Came here for a weekend break and can't believe how good the service is from the top management down to the maintenance depot excellent. The food is top quality well presented. The chef is alway on hand to answer any questions you might need answered. Very clean. Bar staff very obliging can't ask for anymore. Keep up the good work thanks.

Super Hotel, for a 3, 5 star Hotel MEGA RECOMMENDED. Very good food, super cocktails/drinks, extremely friendly staff and quiet with a serene atmosphere but also lively. Highly recommended for everyone!

Everything was perfect. The staff crew was super receptive and helpful, smiling everyday (special thanks to recepcionista Eva) … The room was clean and confortable. The breakfast was delicious, a big variety of food. The hotel has a nice location. I felt really welcome. The hotel is beautiful outside! This was definetly one of my best experiences with hotels. Thank you so much River Rock! I will be back someday.

PERFECT LOCATION FOR AYIA NAPA! River rock is just perfectly situated, 5 mins from all the club's, bars and restaurants, 8 minute walk to the beach, bus stop to water park is just across the road. The hotel is modern, chic, clean and staff members are fabulous! Downside is that you need to pay to use the fridge and safe, no ironing facilities in room you have to bring your clothes downstairs to reception to iron. (We were told irons are too dangerous to keep in rooms) Tried a cocktail at the bar which was awful and with so little alcohol we had to ask bar tender if he had made us a mocktail by mistake. Breakfast is always piping hot and plentiful, I never had lunch or dinner at hotel (although they have buffet style self service every day) there's too many fabulous local restaurants near by to try out. This is the go to hotel for anyone visting Ayia Napa, the rates booked through Tui are really affordable aswell. We had a evening flight so was able to book late check out until 6pm for just €35. I'll definitely book here again if I come back to Napa.

It's a great hotel. The room is small but modern and clean, overlooking the sea, although the standard was booked. There is a grocery store with fruit and souvenirs on the way out. Drinks for dinner are paid. It is interesting to walk around the hotel: there are famous cafes, a monastery and a sculpture park. It's all within walking distance (sand beaches too).

It's a nice hotel. The service, the food is very good, the drinks for dinner are paid. The view from the room to the street is beautiful, you can see all the movement, but in the evenings the music is midnight and the gamut of the human. As always there are pros and cons. Overall liked it.

It's a great hotel. It's clean, it's modern. I recommend choosing rooms in the ennewx, because it's quieter. The food is tasty and varied. Drinks in the evening are paid (even water). The location is good, close stops, shops, rental cars and laundry. Lemonaki Beach is also nearby.

Arrived at the hotel early-fed breakfast and as soon as the room was removed, moved in early. Stylish clean hotel. Good kitchen) ) ) We are in the enclosure across the street from the main-most successful accommodation option.
There are 7 minutes to the sea in a calm step.
On the beach it is better to go to the left — its area of the purest sea is provided. (It's the end of May, but there are a lot of holidaymakers. If you stop at choosing this hotel, don't regret it!

The hotel is great, clean, the food is wonderful. We have a family room, but honestly, I thought it would be more. The room has a kettle, a refrigerator for money, bring slippers and robes. There are minus-in the bathroom only 2 hooks. Considering that we were with 2 children, plus hung up the robes, everything, the rest is nowhere to hang. Towels were hung by number. The balcony is small overlooking the wasteland. But it's better than the pool because it's noisy in the evening. There is no animation, the playground is essentially in the parking lot. It's kind of uncomfortable to lie around the pool, it's cramped. Even if there are not many people. Only Russians, in my opinion, are staying in the hotel. A regular hotel, but overall, everything is fine!

A nice modern place to stay in this party town of cyprus. Its a 5-10minutes walk to the sea. It has a nice pool, nice restaurant, small gym. Its on the main party road, so you can go left or right and find many party places in the close vicincy. Its not the best hotel in cyprus bet its one of the better ones. More for younger party generations, for a family stay I would choose a different place.

Overall the hotel is nice, but there are also cons. Of course the location is great, everything is close by and the sea too. The downside is that the room for three, and in fact the same as for the two just next put a cot. Fridge for extra charge. And if breakfast and dinner, the rooms are not apartment is not comfortable. And so overall a very clean and nice hotel. The staff are all helpful and kind.

We enjoy everything. Very good rooms, staff is super friendly, delicious breakfast and supper. It's too loud in the night, therefore I don't recommend to take room on the street side (music and cars). I think it's more quiet on the swimming pool side. Wi-Fi works good. There is separate Wi-Fi repeater in every room, so inside it works perfectly. The weakest signal is at swimming pool. 3 bars out of 5. Upd. Now they have separate Wi-Fi SSID for the swimming pool. Wi-Fi works perfectly. Staff is friendly and polite. Daily room clean up. Room service. You have to pay for fridge and for safe if you want to use them. Safe 10€ per week, fridge 15 € per week. Prices in the hotel's bar are the same as everywhere in Aya Napa. 5 euro for cocktail. It's very close to main bars street. There is nothing I would change here. Good job, staff! Keep up the good work.

We stayed there for 4 days and everything was less than expected. * Plus: — new built hotel, with nice colours and interior. — location is very good, few steps to Ayia Napa Square. — it has pool with a bar lounge where you can enjoy the sun and have a drink. Drinks are only €3.60 till 21:30pm. — Clean pool * Minus: — 0 welcoming on the check-in. — self service to carry your luggage upon check-in and after checking out. No one to help. — Wi-Fi is very weak in the room and it keeps on disconnecting all the time. — breakfast is OK. Not rich. Same items everyday. On the last day the chef was making waffles on the live station and suddenly she stops making before the breakfast finish. Weird — always dirty floor on the breakfast. — staff not friendly like they are forced to do their job. Not professional at all. — they took off the dirty towels and didn't put clean one and when I called the reception to ask for towels she said go down to the reception to give you new one. Seriously? — smelly bed sheets, room are not well cleaned. — avoid the room on the street, it's very noisy. — no amenities. No kettle no coffee no water they offer you nothing. — you can't use the fridge nor the safe box unless you pay extra charge. It needs a lot of improvements before giving this hotel a 3 stars. not recommended.

Very modern hotel with a trendy interior in a minimalist style, highlighting all different neon colors. Dining for above all praise, no complaints! Food — buffet, very tasty and for any taste. Focused on youth, but live here for people of all ages. The staff is very friendly, multilingual. I have bad catches Wi-Fi in the rooms, but the balcony is a better link, but here it is absolutely free! And in the evening quite noisy on the street, Russian bar near the mansion. I advise this hotel!
