A hotel with good value is price/quality. In fact, it is better to take only breakfasts, as there are many not very expensive restaurants nearby. (E. G. PazzaHut, Pompei).

Good hotel and friendly staff at the hotel. I would especially like to mention the administrator of the restaurant Marius, a terrific person, remembers all the guests and knows their habits, we have a child they did not eat anything, so he ordered us soup from the menu for free. Of the cons we had ants in the room, but after complaining to the front desk everything was processed and the ants disappeared. As for the animators, for the kids that they are, that there is no difference there. They spend little activity and with children almost do not engage.

It's a great hotel! Small, cozy, delicious food, unobtrusive animation, a great water park, and the sea is just magical) thank you to this place!

What a place and not in a good way. Paid for two garden rooms, but were sent to what looked like a store room on the outside. It is massive but ugly, in a seventies possibly sixties time warp. Bathrooms shocking. Dangerous winding staircase totally not family friendly. On asking for the garden rooms we booked 5 minutes before, we were shown very tiny upstairs studios, horrendous. We asked for a refund as they didn't have our rooms available and were told no. Have a look at other places locally, much nicer, cost less, more up to date. I've been to Cyprus 10 times and this place shows you don't get what you pay for 0

Wonderful Hotel, tasty food, very kind and friendly people and staff. The Hotel is near the sea in 1 min walk, however to the nearest beach or a place where you can swim to walk 10 minutes. Huge rooms, deep pool and fed chic, which is amazing for Europe.

Great location, great pool area and friendly staff. Rooms are clean with small kitchen area, very spacious and with a balcony. Good entertainment in the evening. Stayed only self catering as there are so many food outlets in a short walking distance at great prices. Would definitely stay again.

Everything is good, only minus for the beach-you need slippers for entering the water.

A separate bungalow, chic views, clean, tip to the staff, made my stay super comfortable. Cleanliness and Daily Cleaning.

Nice here the beach is just not so great, but something is always after two weeks I just have to say great. I can recommend the location without reservation.

Perfect… the staff is friendly and friendly. If the opportunity arises, I would gladly return.

When you have to deal with over 250 people in your place then you behave to everyone the same and you giving your staff some attitude lessons and that being polite with everyone is the right thing to do. You have food for everyone and you don't allow all 250 people (2 different groups) to go for serving at same time. Clean, cozy cute place but with a lot of minus issues.

Hi for us it is a quiet facility and can recommend it to anyone.

Good location. Delicious food. From the minuses: 1. Rare cleaning (2 times in 8 days) at empty hotel accordingly and change of towels. 2. Indoor swimming Pool-one name.

Very good service, very comfortable rooms that in the center of the city.

The location is great and the beach is very good. The main street is 3 mins walk and all the entertainment, shops close, but in the hotel is quiet, it is for Cyprus rarity. Great pool and children's eating. The room has all kitchen utensils and fridge, stove, small oven and microwave. Minus only the Beach ( ( (

Has everything you need, and it's run well. Its even better if you meet a guy for a bit of fun and he pays for everything (I NEVER pay for a thing)! ;)

Holiday apartment with adjacent supermarket, which is open during the high season. The apartment was for the price (30 €/night including breakfast) absolutely okay. As few guests were there, the breakfast was not necessarily plentiful and did not convince me tastefully. This can still be improved. According to the price list, the apartment costs 140 €/night in the high season.

Good location in heart of Ayia Napa. Not much of a beach. More rocks. Staff were hit or miss. Some great some surly. There are maintenance issues. However we did visit in middle of off season.

Beautiful calm resort! The sea is very close and the cats are always surrounding you.

We stayed in this hotel for a few. Friendly staff, good location. Close to beautiful beaches, not so far from the city center. Decent food though and specific. The décor in the rooms is average but needs improvement. Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Very nice hotel. Nice rooms.

Super. Great pool. The sea is nearby. Pretty quiet. Very tasty and nourishing. Recommend.

I cant believe these israeli people didnt like a place. Probably people with lot of problems in their own heads. The place is really clean, around 150m far from one small beach. 5 mins by bicycle from Nissi beach. 15 mins by foot from center of Agia Napa. Shops and supermarkets, rent a cars etc very nearby. For normal people who know what they pay, pretty cool place. For those pretenders nothing special.

Lovely place lovely people. Good if your looking for sun, sea and sand well (pebble beach) I gave it a 3 because the hotel needs a fair bit of TLC.

First week done and its been great, all the staff so helpful and friendly. A bit quiet but sometimes that's not a bad thing. Dino the head barmen is great as well as the entertainment team.

Has just returned home after having a week at the Panas holiday village Was at a friends wedding which was in Dome beach a couple minutes in taxi but wish I could off stayed there instead off here, room was ok a bit dated hotel could do with a BIG refub room was brushed an mopped only cause I seen cleaner doin next room also I had to request my beds changed an request clean towels shower broke had to ring down 3 times before someone came also air con kept goin off but as I say we only slept there as spent most time down at Dome beach food very poor not much to choose from breakfast lived on fried egg toast an beans as NO English sausage or bacon lunch only seen it twice not very good and same at tea not much choice would only say two staff always went out off there way to help Jurgita who worked reception was lovely and Deano was lovely very friendly always found time to chat but other bar staff and waitress even entertainment staff hardly spoke or even looked at u entertainment stuff spoke to me an my 13 year old daughter they day before we was leaving while talking about entertainment was very very poor mine disco for kids played about 3 songs which was same every night really do need to sort it out so glad we was out 5 nights out the 7 pool is fab lovely clean lots of sunbeds 5 mins walk to beach which was lovely had a fab holiday but think it was only because we was with friends at Dome beach an nissi beach most days an nights really does need to take a look at refub

Very personal atmosphere, great pool, food very tasty.

This hotel is rotten and infested with ants and other bugs. It is badly in need of a re-furb. I stayed there for 1 week, not once was my bed sheets changed and not once was my room swept. The air con is turned off during the night. The food is very poor and there is a VERY small selection of choice on the buffet, I dined out most nights as even my daughter wouldn't eat the food there. On the brighter side the staff are very friendly and good with the children. I would never stay here again, it put a dampener on my holiday, I dreaded going back to sleep there every day.
