5 rooms robbed in one night, phones, money, bank cards all stolen, worse hotel going would not recommend at all, extremely poor service from staff. Never again!

As me and friends checked in we was told that we had to give a £50 deposit with our passports which was not confirmed to us when we booked online. I stayed at the hotel for a week and not once did I have hot water, the electricity kept cutting out leaving me to shower in cold water with no lights on a number of occasions. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work properly I reported it back to reception and was told by the members of staff that they would sort it out and throughout the whole holiday nothing was sorted out. Majority of the staff were rude and disrespectful. The breakfast was a joke as well, the toast wasn’t even toasted, the juice with the breakfast was horrible too and had to add water to it so that it was bearable to drink, the bacon was literally just fat. The hotel has a pool which members of the hotel should surely be able to have access to but as soon as any events pop up (normally around 3 times a week) the members of the hotel are not aloud to use the pool and have to pay around 20-30 Euros. The cleaners are rude, every morning they knock at your door at unsociable hours and then once you don’t answers they let themselves in. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The one star rating is for the loacation of where the hotel is based. Other than that without a doubt the worse “hotel” I have ever stayed in. Staff are rude & grumpy. Anyone would have thought we paid £620 to stay here, each! Our room hasn’t been cleaned once, despite requesting it to be cleaned. I’ve asked for fresh bed sheets twice, been told they have ran out. No replacement of toilet rolls. The reception team are so unwelcoming as if it’s a choir to be here. Having to pay money to sit around our pool due to pool parties which we was shocked how that wasn’t in our deal. So I’m pretty confused what the £620 was for? A uncleanliness room with a bed? Disgusting place warn you not to come here!

Very good hotel for 2 *:) But the lovers of quiet rest is unlikely to fit.

Very nice Appartt hotel. The room has a kettle, fridge, cups, four beds, air conditioning. Repair was recently, clean. The territory of groomed. Convenient location, the beach is relatively close, minutes 12, the center of the city with bars and entertainment in general nearby. We were lucky, we arrived at the end of April, before the season began and in the outside courtyard with the pool began a 24-hour disco. Therefore, I can recommend him to visit with children in the off-season (it is also cheap), and in the season is for young people who want to come off the full, for this is all the conditions, shop with alcohol right at the entrance, and because night sleep will not be possible especially if the windows Overlook the courtyard. Clean rooms, cleaned every day, we had even a great view from the window. Internet is paid, €20 per week, (for the same money you can buy a SIM with 2GB) staff also liked. The girl on the reception to our request, immediately gave the highest and remote room with a view of the sea.

Awesome hotel in the heart of Ayia Napa. I love this hotel for putting me in a room with 3 lovely young females. Really made me smile and my holiday. I will be back.

Rude staff, dirty and I'd avoid!

For such a small money-fine. Especially surprised by the pool. Super! The sunbeds awesome and the vegetation is rich. Beauty. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The room was clean.

Good localisation. Close to party centre of Ayia Napa.

Location Perhaps, indeed, guests steal remotes from televisions and air conditioners, because to me they were given out, requiring a deposit and at additional request.

Hotel for young people. Often there is no hot water. Air conditioning is not regulated, TV usually does not work. The rooms are very clean.

The hotel is very average. Breakfast is not good. The pool is closed at 18:00. The rooms are small, long time without repair. The breakfast was very noisy. WI-Fi fee (€20 7 days). The room was clean. The towel's one, they change every day. It's noisy at night. The location is excellent. The sea is on foot 30-40 minutes (Nissi beach), taxi (€2 per person) 2-3 minutes. The hotel has a few shops, a motor and four restaurants.

Very rude and lazy staff, not willing to provide clean towels, no access to free Wi-Fi even though it states they have Wi-Fi there, TV did not work, bathroom very dirty, air con did not work as it kept turning off, also needing to pay for the pool. Overall a really poor experience and heaps of hidden costs would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Worst hotel ever! It should be closed! I would never recommend this hotel to anybody! We booked for 2 double rooms in the hotel and instead we received 2 rooms in an annex. One of these rooms had 5 beds and the other had 4, like army rooms. The rooms were very dirty and the bathrooms were filthy (you can see in our photos). There were "brown stains" on the toilet and also on the bathrooms walls. How can this be possible in 2017? This hotel should be closed! They eventually changed our rooms but we had to pay extra 150 euros per each room. Dont imagine that the new rooms were much better!

Staying here right now. Got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to we were meant to be in the normal hotel and instead we're in the workers apartment due to the main hotel being over booked. The cleaner doesn't bother all she does is empty the bins and leave a toilet roll and some days she doesn't even do that. Our bed sheets don't get changed. Sometimes there's no water to have a shower or flush the toilet. The air con blows warm air. There's no space in the room and we don't even have a proper wardrobe to put clothes in. We didn't have any towels in our rooms so we had to ask reception and we got given a beach towel Oh and to top it all off there's a few dead cockroaches on the balcony.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Staff are very rude and we got conned out of 100 euros from our 'security deposit' because there was 1 glass missing. What actually happened was our rooms got moved when we arrived and as there was only a 3 of us in a 4 man room we had 3 sets of glasses. They wouldnt accept this and kept talking over us calling us liars and refused to issue our 100 eu security deposit. Word of advice. Avoid. Massive con.

Me and 3 other girls booked to come to Ayia Napa for a girls holiday, I booked 2 twin rooms which were both self catering the photos on their website of the rooms looked lovely! HOWEVER, when we arrived they had already overbooked 40 individuals into rooms that had already been taken, one of their staff showed us to our '2 twin rooms' however when we saw the rooms they were both double rooms and NO self catering! So we explained to that staff member we didn't book 2 double rooms, she was very badly tempered was talking over us, wasn't in the slightest interested to what we had to say she stormed out the hotel room, slapped the door behind her and ran down the stairs. Next having to go back to reception we were told by the manager that self-catering rooms do NOT exist in that hotel, but I was able to book 2 self-catering rooms off of their website! A different member of staff in fact showed us to a self-catering room — nothing prepared us to see what we saw! Not a single cupboard door had 2 hinges they were hanging off, stains on the bed sheets, there was one hob ring which wasn't even connected to the mains (unusable), there was no kettle, microwave or toaster like the photos had shown us — in fact we began to question if the rooms on the website even existed, we proved ourselves right they were not REAL! We made a complaint to the manager he didn't want to know, he wasn't willing to compromise he just kept saying 'YOUR LOSS, YOUR LOSS'.

No children, very fun but noisy all night.

For my money and for its stars hotel. Skrašivalo stay there gobs of tekilly)
