Just got home from 7 brilliant nights at Napa Plaza. The hotel is in a good location and is spotlessly clean. The staff were very welcoming. Definitely will return.

The only thing that is unacceptable is the fact that tourists don't wear masks in all inside areas especially around buffet. We are still in pandemic status and according to Cyprus Law everyone should wear masks in the inside areas. Only the staff had masks on during all times and some of us.

Everything about it, it’s unreal 🙌🏻 Food and cocktails are amazing. All the staff go out of their way to make sure your ok. The only problem I had was we didn’t book to stay longer 😭. Will definitely be back 🙏🏼

Amazing hotel (adults only) in the heart of Agia Napa. Highly recommended! The Italian restaurant, the sushi bar and the cafe — restaurant of the hotel are a must as well!

We have returned 3 years in a row as this is the most fabulous hotel with amazing food in all of their restaurants. The staff are FANTASTIC! What more could you ask for?!

In Cyprus rested with his wife for the first time. Satisfied not only with the country, but also with the hotel, in favor of which they made a choice. We used the services of TPG, very much liked the organization of rest, flights, transfers, escorts, work of managers. The hotel arrived before check-in time, but the reception staff immediately started checking in and escorting us to the room. Deluxe. Stylish, modern, beautiful. But, at the same time, at home is cozy. Huge bed, large mirror, plasma, recreation area, closet. Kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator, paid safe. The bathroom is clean, with pleasant smells, clean towels and hot water. There is a robe, a set of cosmetics, soap. In the room waiting for a compliment from the hotel (fruit). Cleaning daily, quite good, towels changed, bed too, though once every couple of days. The internet is catching up normally. The hotel is aimed at adult visitors, there are no children, peace and quiet. The pool is very cool, clean, there are sunbeds and towels. The beach is only ten minutes away. Clean, there are sunbeds and umbrellas (for a fee). The water is clean, clear, cool. There are a lot of people. As for the food, everything was tasty and varied. Lots of fish and meat dishes, an abundance of vegetables and fruits, eat everything for a healthy and balanced diet. Breakfasts are hearty. There are ala carte restaurants, we liked Italian. Very tasty and large portions.

Absolutely love it. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights (mid August). We booked a full board package which was totally worth it because breakfast and dinner are all you can eat buffet with a great variety of side & main dishes + candy table. Each night had a different menu theme like Italian, Caribbean, Mexican, Cypriot Cuisine. Lunch was a main course and sweet at the hotel cafe which it wasn't bad, but surely you can't compare it to the breakfast and dinner quantity and quality. As we are locals we have spent the most of our days at the hotel pool where on a daily basis after lunch, a girl offered us smoothies (sample) and wet towels to cool up. The swimming pool is really big with a lot of sunbeds and beach beds. Soft English music was always on the background. The staff was really nice. Last but not least our room was really clean, spacious and comfortable.

Lovely hotel in the centre of the town, no noise at night from the local bars which is astounding really. The pool is gorgeous and the staff very attentive, all except the lady in the shop who didn't put her phone down or even acknowledge me. Beds soft and huge, I'd definitely come back.

It's a great hotel. Wonderful location, all close by. Lots of cafes, shops and shops. The hotel is clean, cozy patio with pool. Friendly staff. Deliciously fed. I highly recommend visiting.

Friendly staff, the hotel is clean, the courtyard with the pool is isolated from the city noise, there is a car park, several of its bars and a restaurant. The room to meet with a travel agent is not the easiest to find. Nearby public transport stops and taxis, and in general because the hotel is almost in the heart of the city, it is easy to get to all the sights and on foot, all nearby. Every day they brought water and fruit.

Hotel is in a great location. I went to this hotel with my husband to celebrate my birthday, we were B&B, which we were a little disappointed with the breakfast in that the fruit selection was tinned except for the odd occasion at the end of our holiday when we saw water melon. The hot food was luke warm (this could have been down to some guests leaving the lids open after they had used them), however the hash browns were chewy and not edible, neither was the back bacon, which was cold and dry. We liked the location of the hotel and the bars at the front were good and so was food from them. All in all we had a great time at the Napa Plaza and the staff were very helpful and pleasant, but I must make a comment on the housekeeping staff, in that when they came to clean the rooms on a few occasions we weren't actually ready, but they just came in anyway and started to clean. We would like to return to the hotel, but we believe it would benefit from a refurbishment in some areas.

Nice, cute hotel. The location is good, lots of taverns, shops and everything needed. The staff is friendly, always ready to help. To the sea to go minutes 15 usual step. The room condition is normal but not the first freshness. Cleaned is quite satisfactory. The food is not very varied (especially the breakfasts are monotonous) but quality. Everything was delicious. The pool is not big.
The big minus is music at night. Plays until 3 o'clock in the morning and very loudly. So you have to choose rooms with a view inside the yard.

Very pleasant, peaceful place.
There is a shallow pool, jump here a bomb will not come out, but just cool off you can. Breakfast is just Uber, ate to the dump. The rooms are comfortable, with a balcony.

And amazing cafe they have with great tasty sheesha if you are into that.

Clean and well maintained hotel complex in the city centre. Particularly noteworthy is the nice and attentive staff, both at the reception, the restaurant and the Reinigungskraefte. We were able to park our car for free in the hotel garage-and in a narrow city with limited public parking space. The dinner has a different motto every day of the week (Caribbean/Cypriot etc. ) The quality and selection was good to very good. There were always various kinds of meat in different preparation and various sauces. Also the vegetables were well prepared and tasty. A little neglected, however, were fish dishes. There was one every day, but rather as a Pflichtprogrammm. The cook is more likely to belong to the meat group. For dessert I would have liked a little more fruit selection.
The other restaurants mentioned in the catalogue had not yet opened Easter.
For breakfast there was a wide choice of food and drinks.
The prices for drinks at the pool bar were reasonable.
One small point of criticism: the lying conditions at the pool are in part already very dingy and processed.

Faultless hotel. Nicely decorated modern rooms, clean and very efficient friendly service. This is your best choice for a quality hotel in the centre of Agia Napa. Of course the hotel is not located on the beach and has no sea views but the only reason staying here is to be in walking close proximity to all the nightlife. Walking to the beach is a good ten minutes walk to the Agia Napa harbour. The only drawback is the wake up from the church bells nearby.

Great location. Price/quality ratio. Of course it does not pull on 4 *, but get used. Good breakfast buffet. Free parking If you take a car for a few days. Plus is walking distance to all the attractions. The downside is the service in the rooms, towels that could be already written off, paid extra services such as safe, Wi-Fi, etc.

This is the second time over Easter. 2014 and in 2018… Great hotel, spacious rooms, great u plentiful as varied food, very nice Receptionsleute and Sercicekräfte… the location is top — in the Centrum, opposite bus stops, restaurants u bars innumerable, party mile within 5 min walking distance, in the hotel very Good bars, hotel is only for adults from 16 years, positive positive its all! Highly recommended!

The hotel is nice, beautiful, the location is very convenient, of the Cons: 1. Had a wife on a wedding trip, the travel agency was marking, reactions 0
2. Clean room daily but cleaned badly, fueled the bed in fact and all spilled beer on the floor, not washed.
3. For two were given 1 tube of shampoo and gel (two in one) for the body daily and then not every time, had to take himself out of the trolley
4. Pitevuju water in the fridge was delivered only on arrival, for 4 stars could be different
5. During the stay among the day painted walls and ceiling that little thing but like that is not faut.
What of the Pros:
1. On arrival gave soft drinks
2. As a compliment to the room all bring 1 bottle of champagne, at breakfasts also serve it the same
3. Decent buffet, coffee sucks (

Value for money is the key here, if you find a cheap deal it's fine, otherwise save your money! In one end it's a nice hotel, good pool, good location, clean. But in the other end, it's very basic. Basic things like the usage of old towels, the requirement to pay extra for the safe box while you already paid few hundreds, no aircon in the gym and part of the staff that don't understand what is service… Taking off the quality of the stay.

We would stay in this hotel again… very modern & clean, maid service with clean towels everyday. If you want a lively atmosphere with all the bars & clubs this is very central & the beach is a 10 minute walk. Buffet breakfast has plenty of choice & there are plenty of restaurants to choose from for evening meal. The people here are very friendly & helpful.

Just returned from our second trip to Napa Plaza, this time for our honeymoon. Once again had a fantastic time from start to end. Rooms are immaculate, food is excellent but the thing that makes this place special is the staff. From restaurant staff, cleaners and maintenance to the friendly welcoming staff poolside. Xenis, Zak, Marianna, Cristina and the gang are an asset to the hotel. First class service, always with a smile. Complimentary mini smoothies and cold flannels while lounging by the pool with a beautiful chill out area to have a drink and cool down. I cannot fault this hotel apart from we paid to upgrade to' honeymoon suite ' but unfortunately we had no balcony and it was very noisy as it faced directly onto neighbouring 360 bar. It did have a lovely huge bathroom with jacuzzi. The noise did not spoil our stay as we decided of we can't beat them we'd join them and partied till late every night. Fab holiday at a wonderful friendly chilled hotel ideally located for Ayia Napa. We will be back again. Well done Napa Plaza.

A really chilled-out place away from the hustle and bustle but when you're ready to party again, it's all there right on your doorstep just a few yards away. Very relaxed, adults-only place that'll leave you totally refreshed. If you want pool parties and late night discos, this is not the place for you. But if you want relaxing by the pool with cool cocktails I totally recommend it.

Unreal cool! Dream to come back here again. Been there since April 21, 2014 on April 27, 2014 years. Wonderful place.

Good hotel. But not 4 stars. Many Russian citizens. The standard rooms are not recommended. We have upgraded the room during our vacation. These are recommended.
It is generally a very loud and tourist place.
There are many bars and restaurants. The place would be like a party. But the audience does no real party mood. The night ends mostly against 01-02 watch in bars. The audience in the town is 90% Russian.

Very nice hotel. The location is wonderful. Only upon arrival are accommodated in a bad room, but for money moved to a nice Suite.

We have just returned from the Napa Plaza and are already talking about a return trip. Couldn't fault the hotel at all, the staff were always friendly and extremely helpful. The service in the adjoining restaurants and bars was amazing. Not over priced as we were expecting, and amazing choices. I need at least another week there to get through the milkshakes and smoothies alone! Very clean and plenty of space. Well placed hotel, we had no problem with noise as some people have described. Top hotel, and top holiday :).
