After staying here several time in the last few years, Ive been very happy with the friendly family atmosphere, who will do anything in their powers to ensure you enjoy your stay.

Stayed here for a week, staff are so lovely, rooms are spacious and the food is amazing. Will definitely be back.

Stayed here in September 2018. The staff was lovely and helpful, good accommodation and pool. I would highly recommend and come back to stay here again in the future.

Great location near the center but not too much to hear the noise of the night life. Fantastic staff!

The compound is located 3 minutes away from Ayia Napa's main square and 5 minutes away from the main road (Nisi Avenue). We were pleased to see that the apartment was well maintained and very clean and cleaning service would do a thorough cleaning every morning. The swimming pool area is also nice and you can also find a mini market within the hotel. You also have Wi-Fi access throughout the hottel with a very decent speed. What impressed us was the security of the hotel since the parking gate will close early in the afternoon but there is always a guard available to open the gate for you and the is also sufficient parking space for the residents. Stuff is very welcoming and helpful. Overall a great experience and a value for money accommodation.

Fair hotel, rooms are ok. But not very good for kids as it is too close to the square and it has lots of teenagers. Music most of the time. The pool is nice and clean.

The staff were lovely and I cannot find a bad word to say about them but it was a shame about the clientele. Although this was in the party capital and we expected noise ie loud music from the poolside and from the nearby hotels and bars we did not expect the young guests to be shouting at the top of their voices from 1 am until 5 am and throwing glass bottles over the balcony. I believed the security were supposed to be patrolling the grounds during the night hours but that did not happen. Saying that the poolside, reception and bar areas were kept exceptionally clear. The rooms were very basic but the maid service was good and took place Monday to Saturday. Needless to say I will not be rushing back.

Stayed here and loved it. If you're looking for a fun getaway in Ayia Napa, this is it. Awesome pool. Very busy but not overcrowded. Central location. Wander around Ayia Napa and you're never far. Staff is professional and helpful.

The staff is welcoming. The room was clean. The cleaning lady came in every day. Nice small pool. Pay €10 per day. As there are many bars and clubs, then fall asleep in the earplugs) there is no private parking, but it is not a problem (parked near). Supermarkets nearby.

Perfect, nice and big swimming pool, nice staff, clean rooms, some nice and green trees, close to beach and bar street, just perfect!

For the money we paid is quite a decent apartment. Center of Napa. Near (down) small shops with wholesale prices. Up is an infamous "street of Bars". From the bars, by the way, music and play is not audible. And if not drunk Englishmen, every night unmusically oravshie something national from numbers opposite and above a floor, — it would be quite good.
Nissi Beach is a half hour slow-motion. With buses there is a problem-in the morning to wait in any way. A number of beaches (decent, for autumn 2017) — No. But something was actively built there. Maybe it is.

Very comfortable hotel in the center 2 steps from everything. Cozy and clean.

Came here for a holiday in August with 2 friends. Air conditioning was expensive and we couldn't afford it with what we'd budgeted for the week, so sleeping was incredibly uncomfortable and sweaty. There is a zero tolerance on non-guest visitors, and there is always someone on the door to enforce this if they don't recognise you. They also don't allow you to bring food/ drink from outside of the hotel shop on their premises, the shop on site isn't particularly expensive, but alcohol is cheaper elsewhere. I would not recommend this for a lads holiday. It is situated across the road from one of the bigger 18-30 hotels, so if you do stay here, you can easily just walk into the 18-30 hotel and use their pools (they don't question it at all)

I loved this place staff were so good to us my daughter had a ball it was the best place I being to yet love all the staff hello Christina and sep who serve breakfast everyday to me and mind and George and the little dog neda and Georges mother catherina for making are holiday so welcoming and safe great place to stay lovely people miss u all xx.

Better than expected. Rooms are old fashioned but clean. Cocktails and food available by the pool. Great value for money.

Great base. Food is reasonable with portions being a good size. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Shop on site for basic needs. Make sure you have air con before you get here or you will have to pay and it can be quite expensive. Overall I liked this place and had a good time.

At first we recived a very poor service! We booked 2 rooms, bed and breakfast for 4 nights, on our second day staff notified us that suddenly breakfast is not included, we tried to solve the problem and did not get any help, reception girl was very unhelpful. We ordered breakfast anyway and got a wrong order, which they refuse to replace! A day later, I spoke with george, the mannager and everything was solved the rest of the stay was perfect and we even got a room to shower before our flight witch was leaving really late at night.

The front of it looks really nice and the pool is really cool but once you get inside it's kinda like Auschwitz, but like really hot inside. The staff (Corina) was super cool cause she gave us our money back and we were released back to freedom. The pictures on the internet and the room we got were really similar as in they both had walls and windows. PRO: good location, nice staff, nice pool CONS: Room looks and feels like a torture chamber. EDIT: Oh and AC is only in the bedrooms but they sell you the beds in the living room as well even though its 32 degrees celsius in them, the beds are a disgrace it's just a rusty matrice on some iron bars. The wooden bed is even better cause it has pieces of wood that press into your back so you get a massage too. It's dirty everywhere you look, bathroom window was cracked and the best part is we paid 40 eur per person per night for this.

Green Bungalows has nice clean apartments, and situated close to Ayia Napa Strip. However, the complex does not have a lot of entertainment for people of all ages. There are no sports facilities there, apart from two wonky pool tables. They just play loud music on a loop all day, and this gets a bit repetitive after a couple of days, because it’s the same music over and over again. They need to get some new music track listings arranged, that cater for everyone. All of the staff are very friendly at Green Bungalows, and the rooms are cleaned most days.

Fun, clean, family owned, best pool party in Ayia Napa. A must stay hotel. Book your diving holidays and enjoy Ayia Napa resort this summer.

Really good hotel with good service! Good rooms and a nice pool. Perfect bar, good food and perfect with a little shop in the area.
