Very dirty and very disappointing Behaviour when I made my complaint. I end up leaving the hotel to stay somewhere else.

Miserable! Old furniture, dirty walls, dirty beds, dirty bathroom. They'll steal money from the room. Electricity drops very often. Hot water without pressure. The same kind of food every day. Music and laughter from the neighboring clubs until 3 o'clock in the morning. There is no security in this hotel! Cocktails are made with juices from the dispenser, no natural juices are used. Do not choose all inclusive because it is a big trick. Very expensive for the miserable services received. To get to a good beach you have to go over 1.5km. Hotel management does not care about clients problems.

We booked a room from booking with some friends, we were asked from booking to prepay with card to secure our booking. We did that although we were going to pay cash at the hotel. So we paid cash there the reception guy claimed that he cancelled the card payment and he told us that it will take 2 days for the money to get transfered back in my account. So here we are 26 days or so later and I haven't gotten my money back. We have called them on the phone many times and we haven't received a proper answer yet. This is unacceptable, if I dont get my money back I'm gonna get a lawyer to handle this.

We booked a room from " Booking ". We was asked from Booking to pre pay with a card to secure our booking. So we did it although we we were going to pay at the hotel cash. So, we paid cash the reception guy cancelled the " card payment". He told us, it will take 2-3 days to transfer the money back. So here we are 20 days later and the money haven't been returned back. This unacceptable for a hotel. We have called them many times and we haven't received a proper answer yet.

Fabulous for young party goers and ideal if you want to go out and get smashed Situated smack bang in the middle of Ayia Napa's party district, you wouldn't choose it for peace and quiet. Still, if party culture is your thing, it's ideal. To be fair to the place, it delivers what it says and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but comfortable and functional. The beds are clean and comfy and the bath and shower are good. I'm on a winter break, so it is quiet: thank goodness! I couldn't stand it in the summer months.

It is a very simple and ordinary place. Hygiene is not a priority, Clean when they want, silverware are all different. U can see the pictures, no need to explane.

The hotel staff was friendly but the rest was not good. The music of the pool ends 2-3 am and starts 10pm — it was too loud. Very young and loud party people mostly russians. Maybe is the hotel good for party people but for me and my wife not. The room was small but clean.

Good services, good food, B&B, Half Board, All Inclusive services. Good prices.

Very cozy since I do not speak good English I found myself at ease, clean the apartment location great.
