Perfect for kids, beautiful inmates fish, sandy beach, nice and well maintained.

Truly like a tropical paradise! You feel like you have the place entirely to yourself, with new views around every bend in the winding done paths. Access to Cabana Beach is easy and just a few minutes away, perhaps the best stretch of beach on this part of the island.

Loved it! Our first time to curacao and we did most of our hotel hunting online and in Google maps. Came across Kontiki as a midpoint between the downtown area and remote beaches with nothing to do. We weren't disappointes! The rooms are 4 to a building (two ground floor, two up) and 30-something buildings spread out among three pools and lots of vegetation. Gives it a nice tropical feel. Plus the beach of course which has a nicer restaurant and plenty of lounge chair area. Restaurant prices are ok and the fresh fish we had was great. Theres a strip mall a minutes walk down the beach with more places to eat, shops, etc so you aren't just stuck with a single food option. The room was fantastic with lots of windows and light, a huge private patio to lounge on, and a separate soaking tub that fits two. Just be careful filling the tub and taking a long shower, you will eventually run out of hot water. Each day they turned down our bed and left candies — cute touch! AC works well and the room fridge kept all out stuff cold. Something to note — if you're coming from the USA there were only two outlets in the room for the type-A/B (US standard) but plenty for the two pin Euro type mains plug. Bring adapters! The way they have the rooms laid out makes you feel like you're the only person there when you want it… or wander down to the beach for one of the night time parties.

Great! Everything is just right here. The staff is very friendly, the resort gives the flair of the Caribbean again, salt water pools, quiet, food on the beach and the bungalows even have a coffee maker. If you really want to relax and/or as a starting point for your adventurers a noble base is here gold is right!

Except for the service staff on the beach, our stay was extremely relaxed. Nice rooms, great facility, nice reception staff and Nice beach, if not just 100 tourists from one of the cruise ships to the beach carted and must lie between the hotel guests.

The friendliest, happiest restaurant/bar staff on the beach. Try the ribs and the Mon Chou pie. Great live music and beautiful sunsets.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience that my wife and I had at this resort. We chose Kontiki for our 20th anniversary getaway after an exhaustive search for the perfect place that offered privacy and seclusion while providing local amenities such as food, shopping, and drinks close by. We were not let down. The time that we stayed at this resort were 7 of the best days of our lives, and the staff and crew made our 20th anniversary one that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Two of them, Angelo & Amari (I apologize if I didn't spell your name correctly Amari), went out of their way to help me prepare a surprise anniversary evening including flowers, a sunset cruise, and a private dinner for two on the dock at Mood Beach for me and my wife. Such a wonderful time and experience… If I could give more stars I would.

Beautiful site, lush and green with salt water pools nestled with cobblestone walkways. Large, comfortable chalet-like rooms with comfortable bed and nice balconies. Very friendly service and housekeeping. Clean beach and good bar service. Restaurants in the adjacent mall complex gave nice variety, but the best restaurants are closer to town (a minimum $15 cab ride) The one big negative was the very loud music coming from the adjacent site on wed, sat and sunday until 2-4am. Even with earplugs, the pounding bass made it hard to sleep. After a couple of nights we moved from a unit close to the beach to one that was further away, which helped. overall it was a nice venue, better if you like to join the party rather than listen to it.

The resort is great, all the cabanas are surrounded by jungle vegetation and sea salt pools. Beaches are amazing and service is discrete and efficient. It's of course a fake world but is well built.

Magnificent hotel facility with house schngel. Very tasteful, sea water pools for approval 3 bungalows. Half board questionable, beach super!

Very friendly staff and overall a great experience. There was loud music from the beach on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Limited food options. Pools were great and beach was super clean. Everyone is on island time, so dont expect fast service. Room was cleaned at 3pm and turn down service at 5-6pm. Would make more sense if it was cleaned around noon and then later in the evening, imo. Would be nice if there was room service too.

The grounds crew at this resort are the hardest workers my wife and I have ever seen. The location is amazing, great beach, great snorkeling and great access to Mambo beach and the restaurants there. They could rely on their amenities and location alone but seem to be trying to constantly improve themselves which is great to see. Honestly was not fond of their restaurants or the service therein but plenty of options with Mambo beach next door. Make sure you ask for a second door key so you can keep the A. C. On, that advise from a previous review was a lifesaver.

Nice resort, however, beach parties went too late into the evening/morning hours. Was not very restful and relaxing on those nights. Stay away if you want peace and quiet.

Dreamlike ambience. Great large rooms with huge balcony in addition to the pool from the terraces. Even in the pools, you feel like you're in the great outdoors. All green and engulfed. The hotel does not offer food itself, but takes place directly on the adjacent beach openair.
