My family and I spent 4 nights at Hostel D'Corderro and had the absolute best time while enjoying amazing service. It was a true Cuban experience. The house itself is a work of art. If you get talking with the owners you will find out a great deal of its history. The senor y senora have put a lot of work into the house and you can feel all the small details when you stay. A few highlights: — The rooms were exquisite; each room had its own design and charm. The bathrooms were all renovated and the showers had lots of hot water. — The breakfast every day was to die for. The fresh fruit and pastries followed by the eggs with bacon/ham/sausage and potatoes were great. My partner really enjoyed the omelets. — The hotel is super close to the main park. I would wake up early and walk over the park to take photos of all the life as the sun was rising. It was also very close to lots of local restaurants, shops, and the main shopping district. — Live music! To my surprise when we arrived back at the hotel for a super tasty dinner after a day of exploring we were treated to LIVE MUSIC in the patio. The musicians were great and by the end of the night were we all out of our seats dancing. — Overall the service was unmatched. From the owners to the chef to the cleaning service, everyone was incredibly nice and greeted you with a large smile and a friendly kiss on the cheek. Would 10/10 recommend staying here if you have the opportunity!
