Doctora Jeannette is the most attentive, service-oriented duena ever! Very attractive interior decor, abundant breakfast served by most friendly staff. Location is perfect, near the city center but on a quiet side street.

Wow what a great experience we had with Dana and her friendly staff. Dana went out of her way to assist with our every need. We were on a pretty flexible travel schedule but Dana was able to provide a list of contacts for future accommodation and even called to let people know that we may be stopping by! The food in the restaurant was delicious — well worth staying in and then venturing out to explore the many local bars. The rooms were large and equipped with a safe. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Santiago De Cuba.
