We had an amazing time! The pool was perfect and the beach was beautiful. The food was excellent. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. We had so much fun going hiking and snorkeling on the catamaran. We will definitely be coming back when we can!

I love Starfish, Jibacoa! This was my 3rd visit and I will gladly return anytime!
It's top 3 highlights for me are:
1. Its location between lush green mountains and the sea. Making it a very appeasing, quiet, natural scenery. It is also located 1 hour away from Havana. Perfect for a day tour.
2. Its amazing, professional and friendly staff. Unlike other resorts I've been to, their staff is very friendly authentic and accessible which makes your stay more personal with an authentic taste of Cuban culture and exchange.
3. It's amazing coral reefs within reach of a small swim from it's beautiful and spacious shore!
Additionaly, Starfish Jibacoa is under a new efficient and active management. The improvements and daily services are apparent despite Cuba's current difficulties and shortages. Bungalows are basic but comfortable and very clean and scattered around the property, providing certain privacy. It's a good value for the price.
I highly recommend this resort if you seek a relaxing stay surrounded by nature and activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, pedal boats, catamaran rides, hicking, horsebackriding, paragliding and a brand new lighted swimming pool.
The resort also offers talented night shows, beach parties, cocktails and delicious lobster dinners.

Jibacoa is a beautiful location with a relaxed atmosphere. The resort was closed for several months for a refresh that really showed. The pools were lovely and clean, the beach well-cared for despite some challenging weather conditions! The rooms have also been refreshed and were very comfortable. The food was even better than last year too. We’ve been multiple times to this resort, the staff are wonderful, very caring and friendly and happy to make your stay memorable.
